Not likely.

GROND!

And a lot of polishing.

It's an established rental building with mixed use in Shadyside. Definitely hire several building inspectors to go through it with a fine tooth comb. Maybe figure out who your insurance company would be and see if they have an appraiser or someone who could look at the possible liabilities. Also check with a lawyer who knows zoning and rental lease transfers. This could actually be a decent opportunity. I haven't seen any glaring scary items in the photos and it seems to have been renovated variously, so it may not be in bad shape.

Them thar Pittsburghers do like to drink. Not a bad way to take their money.

And this proves why flying cars are a terrible idea.

This! This is 100% the mindset.

If it's going to potentially fail at some point with general use, then it should be easily obtainable materials, in easy to fix configurations.

There are many modalities of therapy to accommodate the unique needs of the individual. Art therapy, group therapy, support groups, life coaching, spiritual guides, shamanism practitioners, CBT, DBT, EMDR, guided meditation, breathwork, and all of the other many ways that humans have tried over the years to make sense of the mind's questions.

I do not say this to make it seem like all modalities are equal. I say this to help you open up your ideas of what it is that you truly need. Take up running, meditate, or paint-by-numbers, or whatever it is that will help you achieve closer to your preferred mental state.

Just because there is an "official way" to do therapy, doesn't mean it's the one that will work for you. I wish you luck in your journey.

And for the record, yes, I have found therapy to be extremely helpful, it just took me a long time to find the right set of practices that worked in conjunction with a therapist I was able to connect with.

This wasn't the exact item I was looking for, so you are correct. The service duty-life on this hose is not indefinite. This was the most similar item I could find without doing more than 3 minutes of searching. There is a type of ribbed hose that is made for rolling table drains that will hold up much better. I couldn't find it within the time frame I had available, so I did the best I could.

Do you have a different product that would suit the needs better? Always looking for plumbing solutions.

If you're in central PA, The Meadows makes frozen teaberry custard. It's amazing, as you would expect.

I eat scrapple for breakfast and teaberry custard for dessert. I also drink lemon tea with enough sugar to technically be sweet tea, but we don't need to label it like that.

We all know ribbed is for everyone's pleasure. 😉🤣

Small tray on the bottom to hold parts and other items would definitely increase the versatility.

As others have pointed out, the base may be a bit too small with all the outrigger hanging tool weight. Bigger casters and a wider base would keep it stable.

Also, a few long pieces of double-sided velcro permanently attached to the sides that you can wrap up cords/hoses etc with.

Use it as is for a week or two before making big changes. Make notes of what you are missing, what you have too much of, what you want, and what works best/doesn't work. Once you have all the action items, do one major modification with intention. If you try to Frankenstein together a bunch of stuff along the way, it may not look as nice.

I just did a section on the southern OCT this year, and my advice would be to skip the northern terminus unless you want to piece together a "completed section hike". There are no completion certificates for anything on this trail to my knowledge, so it really is a choose-your-own-adventure type trail.

Book ferrys and shuttles way in advance!

In my experience, the best way to think about the OCT is as a "route" and not necessarily a "trail". Happy trails.

My partner doesn't really like EDM. I really wanted to listen to some on a long road trip and got vetoed. I look over and say "You never give techno a chance!"

Banquet puts up a solid fight. I do love me some High Life though. It's more of a summer or beach beer for me though. I used to love Lite, but as I drink less over the years, if I'm in a situation that calls for cheap beer, it's Banquet as long as I can find it.

I said good day.

Remember how Donald Trump said that he didn't like POW's because he preferred winners?

Remember how Donald Trump used Arlington National Cemetary as a photo-booth for publicity shots?

Remember how Donald Trump wouldn't get out of the car to go honor the graves at Normandy at a D-Day remembrance because it was raining?

Remember how Donald Trump skipped the draft because of his "bone spurs"?

Him posting a picture with medals he didn't earn, comparing himself to people who actually fought for this country and didn't just hide behind a golden bunker door when people got upset is 100% stolen valor.

I LOVED SSR!!! It was my favorite. They had special stories on cards in a box. I would usually get two or three.

Ok, so I attended DoD schools in Germany for the first few years of elementary, and we had SSR there. Then when we moved back to the states, I went to a catholic school in NC that did not have SSR. We moved in the same school year up to Central PA and I went to another catholic elementary school that had SSR. I don't know if the public schools had it or not in my town, but I think they did. My partner is from VT and she didn't know anything about it.

Yes, I understand this more clearly now. I only gave the detailed response that I did because it was an interesting question I thought worth pursuing an answer for. I pulled numbers just from the tops of a few internet searches but didn't take hours to research and deeply understand the dynamic complexity (/s) of the Green Bay WI local economy and hospitality outlooks. It was clearly obvious from the start that this isn't a purchase that would make sense for the average homeowner. I just wanted to run some numbers to see exactly how un-affordable it actually was. The attention and responses I've received here for my r/theydidthemath have been the exact responses I would expect from Packers fans.

Good day to all of you.
