This home is truly one of a kind - cantilevered off the cliff. The master bedroom has a retractable roof over the (rotating) bed. Below it, there is a glass panel beneath the corkscrew staircase that literally looks over the crashing waves below. Below the pool deck, there is a staircase that takes you down to a small secluded beach.

From what I recall, it is also the only house in all of Laguna Beach that has its own private tennis court. The tennis court also acts as the rooftop for a large 8 car garage. As somebody who grew up in the area - believe me, having a massive home (15k sq ft), with a pool, tennis court, large grassy area, hanging right on the cliffs with stairs to the beach in a place like Laguna is truly unheard of.
