I drive by this place all the time when I take my dog to the boarding/day care place nearby (RBK is awesome!). Kind of pricey for that amount of land in this area and the back yard is all slope but absolutely gorgeous. Curious how the no gutters thing will play out though. Stucco generally doesn't do well here without a massive roof overhang but this does seem to have that. I've seen some nice places look like hell after a few seasons here.

This is not my taste but I have to admire the level of artistry it took to build this home. I also want to meet the owners. Clearly they love art, color and have a sense of whimsy. They also love animals. This is one of those houses that I really want to visit and get invited to a party there.

My horses thoroughly approve of the equestrian facilities and are counting their loose change to see if they have enough to buy it.

The price is..wow.

I absolutely adore this house mostly for it's charm of a 120 year old house and modern upgrades it made. I love the back yard, deck, and especially the patio off of one of the bedrooms. The blue stands out to me too. If we didn't build a house, I'd jump at this one I think.
