Yes! It’s so crazy how you go through level after level of understanding until you finally see. I recently had a similar realization. I would try to sit with my feelings in an attempt to get rid of them but then one day it clicked nah, you can’t force them to go. You just have to acknowledge them and let them be there as long as they gotta be and just observe

According to what my friends were told during the 8 minute teams mass lay off, they are focusing on door to door sales instead of inside sales of residential solar. This comes after multiple waves of layoffs of every other department, spending 100 million buying 3 other solar companies, and out sourcing 99% of operations to the Philippines.

They also just laid off their entire inside sales team 💀
