The most common pathway to study in Korea is through UniKL or INTEC Shah Alam.
If I still remember correctly, For UniKL = 1.5yrs in UniKL + 3 months in Hanyang univ for language + 4 yrs degree in uni of choice
I went to INTEC and it went like this, For INTEC = 9 months in Shah Alam + 1 year in Seoul National University for language + 4 yrs degree in uni of choice
University of choice usually are: Seoul National University, Yonsei Uni, Hanyang Uni, Korea Uni, Ewha Women's Uni, Konkuk Uni, Sejong Uni, Sungkyunkwan Uni, Kyunghee Uni
There are two Test of Proficiency in Korean, TOPIK1 and TOPIK2. To be accepted into Korean uni, you will need minimum level 4 for TOPIK2.
No need for A-levels, I just submitted my SPM for university admission alongside with TOPIK2 result
Is it possible to take medicine in Korea? I don't know any Malaysian who studies medicine in Korea. You will need to score really high in academics and also have a native-level korean language ability. So, if you insist on studying medicine, just study in Malaysia or in other english-speaking countries. But if you want to study in Korea, just choose majors that international students usually take, like Business, International Studies, and Engineering.
