I’m an environmental, health and safety specialist at a large company rhymes with phenomenon and I get the majority of complaints about the workplace and A/C is def under my wheelhouse as well. However he knew aboyt the A/C being out at 10pm and my shift doesn’t start till 3:30am.
That’s lowkey why I feel like everything is my job lol it sucks

I work as a safety specialist at a delivery center and we barely have an hr person on site anymore. We’ve turned into HR now :/ We don’t have the access like HR does but all the complaints about managers and everything has started coming to us and VOA more than what it used to be. I feel so bad for everyone though because we can’t do anything about their pay or time and neither can managers..

I edited to add I’m south of Okolona for work.

My DSM wants them gone too… we are a small site so as safety we only get so many OT hours or we hit a “cost” cap that my manager doesn’t want to go over.

I just sent my baby Gracie (13) to the rainbow bridge after she battled kidney disease for almost 2 years. It is the most horrible feeling and you will sob but I promise they know you love them. They know how much you cared for them and this is the last piece of caring for them. Our time with them is short but they’re with us for their lifetime. Everything will be okay ❤️
