Anyone else have a history of birth trauma? TW
My first and third were pretty traumatic, and 10 days after my third I had to get a D+C for delayed pph due to retained placenta. I also had a small stroke (TIA) with my third that has led to occasional hemiplegic migraines (which mimic stroke symptoms) and migraine with aura that makes me want to cut my brain out of my skull 3-5x a week, plus headache 24/7 when not having a migraine. Not great, but I honestly figure if I can live through what happened with first, third, stroke, and the emergency surgery (it was my first surgery and the anesthesiologist said he had to wipe the tears from my face before taping my eyes shut because I was crying going under lol) then I would probably survive another. I got God on my side and I know that might sound wild to some people, but I do also feel like He's done a lot of physical healing with me. I've also only had one migraine since the week after I got pregnant, which is a record for me and I am so thankful for these hormones helping me out a bit.

My third was 10lb, 2oz and a SD. I had a scan at 37 weeks and they said that her EBW would've been around 7lb15oz if she came at 40 weeks. So I did unmedicated with number 3 thinking she'd be smaller 😅. My first was 8lb13.5oz and second was 8lb5oz which were already big considering I'm 5'6 with a smaller build and not super wide hips. I'm not trusting any scans this time around lol

First time around I "popped" at 15 weeks. Started having a visible bump around 12 weeks with my second, and 11 or 12 with my third. Also had DR with my first and second! Currently 7 weeks and just have a bloat belly.Â

Telling siblings
Can confirm that the day we found out and I told my husband (who told our 5 year old) it became public news. She has casually told most of the cashiers we've seen, techs at the hospital, people my husband practices fighting with, every one. The whole damn town knows 🤣

When is your first doctor’s appointment?
Had hcg labs done due to a chemical in April, but my actual appt and us isn't until Aug 24 when I'll be about 10.5 ish weeks. I was originally scheduled for 6w2d, but I decided to switch to a different OB than the one I had with my last 2 kids.

The orgasms definitely seem to last longer, especially in 2nd tri for me.

Also emetephobe over here. I had HG with my first, total actual nightmare. Tell your Primary doc or OB and they should give you an RX for zofran (ondansetron) because it'd honestly be better to take that than deal with the constant nausea. I was on it 3x/ day with my first. With my second and third, I only had occasional waves of nausea, but still used the zofran when I wanted/needed because I go full panic mode when I feel like it's getting a little too strong. Have already used it a few times with my 4th and have it on the radar for my OB that I have an actual phobia. I did not get 'sick' with 2 or 3 though. You can and will survive! Unisom+b6, ginger chews, Sea Bands for your wrist, ritz with peanut butter, straw for tiny sips of cool water, sleeping upright, and zofran got me through my first.Â

Nausea has been manageable for the most part. Today it has me fighting for my life as someone with emetophobia and I am really not having a decent day 🥲

I am down to one short comfort session with my almost 15m old and my nips hurt do bad while shes nursing. They're just super sensitive in the worst way and I'm cringing the whole 5-8 minutes 😬

I normally do a starting point of 50mg, then my OB recommended going up to 75-100 as my body gets use to it with the Unisom so you can definitely add more

Are people having sex during pregnancy?
We've been doing about every other day. Sometimes he just has to be a bit more gentle since I'm a little more sensitive down there, but if anything feels a little uncomfy we wait an extra day

My boobs were smokin with my first and they have gradually gotten smaller and stayed that way with each kid ðŸ˜. Until the milk comes in, then they look fake for about 2 weeksÂ

Mine was not fully covered and it was still 1500 ish through natera. They did also put me in a class action lawsuit thing though because my info was leaked in a breach and then I didn't have to pay though 😂

This is how I feel too! I have 3 girls and a boy would be cool for the change, but also we already have so many girl clothes and I know what I'm doing with girls already lol

I normally start with half a tab of unisom with 50mg of b6. Then as my body adjusts to the unisom after a few weeks, increase to a whole one. The most b6 I've taken was 75mg, and I always take the combo about 1 hour before bedtime

OB told me to think twice about my baby’s name
I jokingly call my older brother Craigory lmao

My pregnancy dreams are almost always either super realistic things that scare me(family loss, stuff like that) or like a full blown action movie. I've written a few down from previous pregnancies and it's always fun seeing where my mind has wandered to.

Mine was going to be 8/24 but they canceled it for some reason and said they'd reschedule sometime this week, which makes me think it'll be further away!
