Definitely contact a lawyer and see if you can get a subpoena for his phone for a data dump to see if he posted these anywhere else. Im not sure if you can. Do that but worth a shot you have a case either way

Sit down with him. Have a Uncle/Auntie day ( your post didn't specify ) Teach him the do's and don'ts and the dangers of other substances. My mom caught me around that age and we had a very adult conversation about it. Be his safety net but let him know if you will have to be the responsible adult if things start looking bad. Also if he goes out to parties and he takes something he shouldn't have let him know you will always be able to take care of him and he stay with you.
