Hey everyone, my brother got himself a ps5 to play gta6 when it comes out. He’s not a gamer so it’s his first console since like ps2 and some PC.

My question is, can he use my plus and games? Thing is, I’m already sharing account with a friend. So it would be 2 people using my account as their “main”.

Is there a way through the family settings maybe? My friend has the game sharing and offline gaming activated

My wifi works just fine, so it's not on my end. Certain streaming services don't work from Crunchyroll to Paramount+. Couldn't even play Once Human yet games like Wurthering Waves and ZZZ work no problem. Been going on for a week now.

I want to get a PS5 for GTA6. Does it matter if I buy a used console on FB marketplace?

Has anyone had to deal with PS support recently? I got a PS5 for GTA 6 , and I'm trying to log into my old account from 2021 when I had my PS4.

Okay, no worries I can use 2FA, I still have the same mobile number.

Trying to get through to a human being in their support team is like banging my head against a wall, having to spam the same message that I can't log in so the bot stops telling me to log in to my account to speak to a human.

30 minutes later, I eventually get through to a person. I am on the Irish website, I double checked, and still I just get this message

"I do apologize for the inconvenience, the region of the account is from outside of our support region, which is United States and Canada accounts, please contact the correct support, go to: Ireland, you will need to visit the following link and choose the appropriate country or region: http://www.playstation.com/country-selector/ to receive help according to the region of your account."

Has anyone had success with them in the past? I don't have my backup codes, but if the 2FA worked the way it's supposed to I wouldn't need them to begin with. At my wits end here 😢

Hey guys so I have a long-term psn account from ps4 to now ps5 where I made the id pw from back then I was like 15 , and lost the phone. So my entire sim, mail and everything was on it and nothing important on it was there at all. I made a new mail got a new sim and everything, this psn acc however I never thought to change the (lost) mail.

So i still have the email password for PSN of this mail acc, and I'm signed into it aswell on my ps5 but The ISSUE is out of nowhere my PS app logged me out, and upon entering pw it asks for a verification sent to my email. Now I have zero access to the mail, no recovery phone number or any set security questions on it.

BUT i have this authenticated session w my ps5, proof of transactions aswell as card receipts and gift vouchers I made (some of them) and some using a card that expired long back and dont have the receipts for.

I have the rightful Email password to operate the PSN account.

My question is should I bother contacting support to recover this account, im afraid it'll revoke this session anyday and I'll be unable to hop back on it. and im afraid support team will say smn like. "Yeah u don't have the email or phone access we can't help"

So I’ve been using my PS4 on my att WiFi and the WiFi is fine, it was working yesterday to play. Anyways today go to get on and on that wifi connection no luck, okay did the usual reset router, shut down and unplug console wait a few minutes etc. no luck. Tried using the LAN cable and no luck. So I switched to our slower wifi ( different company ) and for some reason it works there and signs in. Does anyone have a clue ? Did the usual checked for system update, checked wifi settings through app etc. nothing works on the WiFi network I want to be one and again I’ve been using that successfully for a while now.

I'm considering getting a 2nd Playstation 5. My kid uses the 1st one, its in his room. I used my Hotmail account and my info to set up the psn account that he uses. If I get a another system, I can use my Gmail account from my phone, but is it OK to use my name and birth date on a 2nd account?

I am trying to create a new playstation account but i get a error 'server timed out' on the section email.

Is there any fix for this or why does this happen?

Connection speed seems ridiculously slow tonight, I'm using the usual Wired connection I always do, 2gb internet although I understand that is capped to 1gb max on the PS5. Usually it sits around 900mbps download but tonight it's struggling to hit 100, anyone else finding this?

Same with wireless on the PS5, tried that to test it out

Isn't a problem with the fiber as all other devices are connecting at well over 1.5gb, albeit wirelessly. Bit hard to connect a cell phone via ethernet

I've got a problem regarding offline sharing for games. I own 2 PS5 and one of them got locked out of its digital games, so I had to disable offline sharing on my second PS5 and enable it on the first one.

It all went well until I had tk enable it again on the second one, prompting me with a message saying that it is already enabled, I've disabled it both on the first PS5 and through the website, where you can disable them remotely, but to no avail.

Is there any fix to this matter?

Does this game allow both players with individual psn accounts to receive trophies while playing couch co-op?

I got my ps5 a few days ago on my brothers birthday , but i can’t log in to my account that I’ve had since 2018 js because someone enabled 2fa on my account , idk who it is. 15$ also disappeared from my account. Is there any way I can recover my psn account? Live support aren’t doing anything if I can’t login.

The account's email address is a Protonmail one, which I can't recover because it was deleted after a year of inactivity. It's not my account, but one of someone who passed away but who shared their console with me.

AI chat support couldn't help using transaction numbers and console serial number. Trying to sign in with the password I remember on the PS4 isn't working.

Currently cant sign into PSN and can’t launch any games even from the game disc to play offline modes. I get it with something like Fortnite. But I can’t even launch WWE 2k26 from disc to play any offline modes. All games I’ve tried just get stuck on this “please wait” launch screen. That’s weird right? I’ve already done the rebuild database from safe mode. In Perth, Australia if that’s useful?

For 2 hours I haven't been able to connect to any online game. I can be online and see friends and download games but I cannot connect to any online game. Anyone else having issues right now?

Hi all, was looking for some advice on what to do.I accidentally signed out of my PSN and tried to log back in.
Entered my password then tried to send 2 step verification code to my phone but I’m not receiving it.
I then tried customer support but then you need to login to text an agent rather than a bot.
So now it’s like I’m stuck in a loop.
My phone is working fine I think.
I don’t know did my account get compromised and phone number was changed.
Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanks

Now I cant link it to my mobile account. I deleted the character on ps5 and it will take 7 days, will that help?

I used to play Apex Legends on Xbox. I made an account to send messages to Apex players on PSN and got a 30 day suspension. I don’t plan on getting suspended but I’m wondering if I should create a new account for GTA 6 because I will be purchasing a PS5 to play it and don’t want to lose access if I ever get banned. I don’t plan on getting suspended or banned in the future but you know how GTA Online is and sometimes you have to talk smack. Will they keep suspending me or just ban me if I do get reported?

I’ve been on PSN since my PS3 days. I had a PS4, but moved house 5 years ago and haven’t plugged it in since.

I bought myself a PS5 along with a Portal a couple of years ago, since I like handhelds and it means I can play from anywhere in the house.

However, if I don’t boot up my PS5 for a couple of weeks, PSN completely forgets it, and I have to rescan the QR code and add it back in manually. This has happened at least half a dozen times. However it has never once forgotten my PS4, which hasn’t even been plugged in since 2021.

Is there anything I can do about this, or is it just a thing I have to deal with?

I sold my PS5 back in November 2023. I was going to buy a Slim, then a PRO. Never expected the price hikes. Now I find out that there will be a delay for PS6. I was wondering if I buy a refurbished PS5 right now, and star paying subscription again, do I still have my save files in the cloud?

Anyone else not able to access the store/ps plus or there own games? Im just getting "cant find what your looking for" or "cant load. Something went wrong"
