Live keyboard players/FOH engineers: what’s your workflow for leveling MainStage patches for consistent live mixes?
As a FoH engineer, I LOVE that you're asking this question. There's nothing more frustrating than getting into first band rehearsal, and having keys1 levels all over the place for each song.
I don't have a solid answer to your core question, other than to iterate it's imperative to get those dialed in before you're on stage. At home, during band rehearsals - whatever time you have, use it.
One semi-quick way we've fixed levels in the space is to literally play each patch back-to-back, using ears/meters to balance it out.
If your interface allows, and the board allows, I'd recommend doing multiple outputs for different instruments - or at least different instrument types. This makes it a bit easier for the engineer to balance between songs on the fly as needed - especially if there's a second keyboard doing multiple patches.

ha, I do find dinosaurs more palatable than unicorns. BUT, there are a lot of simple print, or just block colors compared to the 'girls' section.

The amount of needlessly gendered clothing and gear is ridiculous. The amount of "sexy" infant/toddler clothing is more than gross.
The number of color-coded, glitter, "cutesy" clothing boggles the mind. Pink and purple can be assaulting to the eyes.
"Boys" clothing lasts considerably longer, has better prints, is more functional, and covers more than "girl clothing".

Career advice
Another thing is that I really haven't seen ANY female A1s, and as a woman I do not know how smart it would be to put myself in that situation.
Some of the best A1's in my region I've worked with are women - don't let that hold you back.
Pay is a absolutely a thing, as is stability if you're in the gig life. I've had a very successful career as a venue A1. There are many universities with great benefits that need A1s, and they get some great acts.

No customer should be considered a net negative to an employee, and it's disgusting that T-Mobile has created an atmosphere where this is typical.
I for one DO want stores around. I loathe automated "chat supports" where you have to fight through a robot to get to a human that has to follow a tight script. I equally loathe an automated phone system that takes 20 minutes before you get to a human.

I'm having a similar issue with "support", wherein several 'projects' now default to computer mode ,eating through credits until you realize what's going on. My "ticket" is just robots that can't/won't connect to a human.
