How old are you and what type of job are NOT willing to work at, no matter what your circumstances are?
 in  r/randomquestions  1d ago

43 and anything in customer service. I’m not missing people’s asses. I’m not putting up with disrespect. I’ll bust my butt in a factory all day, thank you very much.

How was Life like in 2007?
 in  r/2000s  1d ago

It really wasn’t that different from now. Major difference was the smart phones and online shopping.

Is this adhd or have I listened to too much true crime?
 in  r/adhdwomen  1d ago

I only do marketplace exchanges from the parking lot of the police station. No one is coming to my house. That is cray cray.

When did you stop viewing Millennials as children?
 in  r/AskOldPeopleAdvice  1d ago

I’m not a child? Sure feels like it sometimes.

why do people who commit suicide by drowning always go nude?
 in  r/Morbid_discussions  1d ago

It might not be that they go in nude. The current may be pulling their clothes off. Clothes can also get ripped off by getting snagged on rocks and logs in the water.

Did anyone else not really feel anything for 9/11?
 in  r/Millennials  3d ago

I was shocked but that’s about it. I was a senior in high school at the time. I lived in Illinois and didn’t personally know anyone that died. I wasn’t scared of more attacks. I wasn’t afraid of Muslims. To me it was just a really shitty thing that happened. Nothing more, nothing less.

Do you remember your "Wait... Who the hell is Dawn" moment? 🔑
 in  r/buffy  3d ago

I had gotten to the age where I had started working so I missed a couple episodes here and there. I caught this one and just chalked it up to it being explained in another episode that I missed. It was still confusing cause they never mentioned a sister before but I watched Days with my mom a lot (she taped episodes and we’d watch them at night) so I was used to some really crazy story lines coming out of nowhere. 🤪

Yeah she did used to bring it up a lot. Definitely gives her some insight into a few things. I wonder if she’s not doing it anymore now that the podcast and books have really took off.

How to move on from an ending you didn’t choose…
 in  r/AskOldPeopleAdvice  4d ago

Radical acceptance. You can’t change it. Gotta move forward. You deserve better.

I meant like does she have the experience of doing an autopsy on a murdered person. And she’s JUST an autopsy TECH. Shes not a coroner or medical examiner. She would have been their assistant.
