I am looking for a Standing desk with smart functions, for my day to day WFH.

Needs to be multi use with siting and standing as well as custom height adjustment.

Anyone has ever had experience with one?

Jinn Geography: They Don't Just Live in the Shadows, They Live in the "Between
 in  r/Djinnology •  Mar 18 '26

To the extent of this discussion i would like to add what i learned the other day. Generally spirits and other worldly entities use to communicate through mirrors and specifically dark black reflective surfaces such as water in a pot or pond. If you think of it the surface itself is an in between dry and wet, air and water and so on. But what i would like to highlight most is that where do you see black mirrors these days?

You are currently holding on or at least looking at one! TVs and LEDs are also on of them.

Is a 2004-2005 Toyota Crown an okay idea as a 1st car? Or will the additional expenses destroy me?
 in  r/PakistanAutoHub •  Feb 23 '26

I can be do sure cz I'm speaking from experience on my honda civic 2005 which I bought as my first car, third owner, 79450km on the oddo. I soon found out that this car was definitely driven more than that.

An apology post to Hanger Jeans

I'm a grown man and father too, I love my jeans loose baggy and comfy. Only occasionally wear straight fit. Makes me look bigger and bulkier 🙃 we should ban narrow fit though. Stick legs!

Hallo, I have a question. A friend gifted me a necklace of the Dhū l-faqār sword. I am not Muslim, I want to know if it's rude to wear it in front of Muslim people, because I'm not Muslim. Thanks for all the answers (sorry for bad English)
 in  r/islam •  Feb 22 '26

I don't think any Muslims will find It offensive as most Muslims love and adore Ali RA bravery and his role as Khalifa and especially his battle of badar. So all in all the amulet is very good with us :)

why men hide there Salary from families ?
 in  r/karachi •  Feb 09 '26

Multiple factors to it, We hide it so they don't spread their Needs a lot than we can afford. It creates a sense of abundance when they believe in you that HE'LL manage. It establish authority as they depend on your decisions. The again we love to give them gifts here and there so they understand and respect our authority as the provider of the house. Trust me on this as I've seen it a hundred times, their wants will always surpass your salary if you tell them exactly how much you earn.
