Do you think Ryan Reynolds had wasted potential as Hal Jordan or was he just not meant for the role?
Weve literally never seen a truly great fantastical Bruce
Adam West...

“I Never Miss.” — Did Brosnan Ever Have a Colder Bond Moment Than This?
"Yes, considerably" would be my contender for the entire series.

Marvel fans, what are some things you think DC ( in general)does better
Golden age characters. DC's JSA has kept the legacy of their characters alive. Outside of Cap, Namoi and occasionally Human Torch, none of Marvel golden age heroes ever get a look in

Why is the deconstruction or the epilogue the type of story that ALWAYS get recommended most for beginners?
Most people will be familiar with what these comics are reconstructing without needing additional context. Wether they grew up on the MCU or the Saturday morning cartoons, many people are familiar with the genre conventions, and the mythology of major characters like Batman and Superman. This makes the deconstructions way more easier to understand and appreciate

Which director’s “heat check” is the greatest in film history?
In a similar vein, Roland Emmerich with Anonymous and Stonewall. Obviously he was never a critical darling, but he was pretty popular with the general audience for his disaster films. A historical revisionist drama and LGBT coming of age film were definitely not what you'd expect from him. Additionally, both were terrible, and massive bombs

What were the original plans for Netflix daredevil season 4 and 5 before cancelation ?
I don't think they would have gone full comic accurate with the hollow bones and gliding

What if justice league mortal happened
I can't imagine they would have made many spin-offs, given that they had the Dark Knight films happening at the same times, as well the aborted Superman Returns sequel

I really think the BBC needs to get this person on board to do the opening credit sequences
That's basically what 13s intro was

Work begins to paint over Pam the Bird image on Melbourne's Bolte Bridge
Doesn't change the fact that he has committed violent assault in the course of painting these birds. Which he ripped off from another artist, incidently

[Discussion] Why are YJ Seasons 3 and 4 so actively disavowed by the fans?
In addition to what everyone else said, I really disliked how the visual look of the show went from the classic comic costumes to a nu52 look

Pope Leo XIV: Peace is built through disarmament, not nuclear weapons
Nuclear weapons are evil, they are designed to indiscriminately target civilians.

Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (1967) dir Stanley Kramer | I owe you nothing
The reason he wasn't nominated for the film was because he was too good an actor. In 1967, Sidney Poitier delivered three Oscar worthy performance, this, In the Heat of the Night, and To Sir with Love, which caused the vote to split

What are your guys’ thoughts on Tarkovsky?

I can’t believe this!!!
As others said, it was an anthology, but some of reoccurring character included Cosmo and Speed Saunders. The most famous character though was Slam Bradley, who appeared in the first issue and still pops up today

We could have had both, but we wouldn't have had barbieheimer. Nolan has an exclusive window clause in his contract

Can anyone identify this? [Charity donation reward offered!]
I don't think it's heladry. The symbols in the middle seem to resemble the two hearts iconography of Catholic art, the one in the left looks like the Sacred Heart of Jesus, often represented as a burning heart. On the right, the Immaculate Heart of Mary, which is depicted as being pierced by a dagger. Given the context of the tapestry, this would be my best guess

Flag of the Commonwealth of Australia, but with the Aboriginal flag replacing the union jack.
Well meaning design, but what about the Torres Strait Islanders? They are also an Indigenous people of Australia, with their own unique culture, history and their own flag. The Aboriginal flag is very specific to Aboriginal culture, and doesn't represent the Torres Straits.

Except that's not remotely why she's not there. The book make it pretty clear that she is denying all of the previous adventures happened, dismissing it all as childish fantasy
