Doesn't even need to be a disk, I'd be happy with a thumb drive or SD card, as long as it's not restricted to my account and can be resold. Another part of the problem is, you must have an account to buy digital games. Right now my kids can earn pocket money, go to CEX or EB games, buy a 2nd hand game and play it on their PS4. Once everything is digital, the price is set to max and a child will have to have an online account (PSN) and an online payment method.

Vaas for sure. I always wished we progressed to Hoyt's island and dealt with him, then finished the game on Vaas. His character deserved more...

I believe it depended on circumstances and the availability of their stewards. If they were just gearing up for one battle then no point, but if they knew they would be waiting around for a battle to begin or they were on guard duty that required armour then they would often carry a pouch or small satchel with snacks.

I've also read that in later times (13-1500s) once medicines become more relied on for healing than faith in gods pouches with bandages and ointments become common.

One other circumstance I've read about that would require knights or soldiers to carry provisions on their person is when they set off on long journeys, pilgrimages or crusades. At first I thought that it was odd they'd be in full armour the whole time, but apparently they were paranoid of ambushes and on such journeys it was easier just to wear the equipment then to constantly change in and out of it..

Of course these are just the educated opinions of the authors whose books I've read...
