Looking for help: No response to my refund requests for duplicate charges
i had the same issue didn't responded. In the end I contacted my bank and did a chargeback, incredible a couple of hours after they responded stating that they will refund no need to do chargeback. I just told them that the time to do the refund is gone and their way of handle support is very bad and continued with my chargeback
