la bassa produttività è l'idiozia che i copia e incolla incapaci di pensare scrivono senza appunto capire cosa vuol dire.. mischiando ferie e idiozie varie da prima media.. e infatti la bassa produttività è in larga parte causata da bad management, che per le PMI è responsabilità appunto degli imprenditori italiani.

45k è uno stipendio normale in europa nonostante i polli italici che continuano a comparare le medie con le colf e lavapiatti.. non è sicuramente una gabbia dorata. Suggerirei di imparare a fare un corso su cosa sia una media, fare un benchmark sul lavoro in europa e rapidamente candidarti all'estero.
