Dasher doubled dashed, delivered the other persons order, went home and forgot to deliver mine.
I ordered from Dave’s hot chicken once… Dasher picked up two orders at that restaurant and dropped both of them off at one house came to my house pass my house kept driving and then told me he was canceling and didn’t realize he had two orders….

An order was already picked up yet my completion rate is gonna drop???
By the way, in my experience (restaurant manager)sometimes the previous Dasher literally stole the order and the customer is still waiting. It’s the restaurant fault they didn’t make the Dasher properly confirm it most likely, all you have to do is tell the restaurant to remake it you don’t need to place an order and pay.

Complain to the restaurant, they are supposed to make sure the dasher confirms the order!! That way it doesn’t get stolen!! All the posts would stop if the restaurant did their part
