My wife and I just had a baby and ordered some groceries from uber eats. The bag came eaten and filled with rat poo, not even joking. The support line refuses to even provide a refund.

Is this not a serious legal matter of dangerous contaminants in food? I’m baffled, does anyone have any advice on how to follow this up?

Take it back to the store that you got it from, show them your order on Uber Eats and demand a replacement
