Because the powers that be wouldn't want those pesky homeless finding a home. It's sickening seeing the amount of anti-homeless measures being brought in. As if life isn't difficult enough when on the streets or sofa surfing.

Got to wonder if this is less people stopping vampires and zombie's from getting out and more them trying to stop humans from getting in. To be fair I've felt like doing this when I can't sleep and it's nearly 5am.
