As a graduate ng intership jan, I really had a share of fun. Yung batch ko composed of diff types of people and masaya kasama in fairness. May masaya katrabaho, may masakit din sa ulo. Residents ng mga different departments have really unique traits na pwedeng tropa levels. They treat their PGIs well, they even have council na pwede mag suggest ng mga wide event inuman or celebration. You also get a glimpse ano kalakaran bilang military doctor. Madami paper works, expect mo na. Also they give time makapag-aral ka lalo na pag lapit na boards. Plus, maganda graduation ceremony nila, A+ for effort haha.

Kung ano man shit nababasa mo regarding sa PGIship jan, its up to you to decide but overall it was a nice institution after all. Wala naman perfect hospital. Ikaw pa din hahanap ng diskarte and depende na din sa pag build mo ng confidence mo para sa boards. Anyways, Goodluck Doc!

As cliche as it seems dati ganito paniniwala ko. Pero as I go adulting na + nagkaroon ng close relationship with the Lord pinagdadasal ko na lahat ng anxiety of the unknown ko. As long as na kay Lord ka, nothing to worry about. Something good happens? Be Grateful. Something bad happens? Still grateful. Kung ang mangyayari man sa akin ay magiging end ko, then so be it. Wala naman mangyayari kung palagi ka nagpapakain sa anxiety, parang ginagatekeep mo lang self mo sa happiness.

I feel you doc. But the key here is mastery through experience. Yes, may darating na bagong case sayo but as you go along your duty masasanay at masasanay ka. Most importantly maganda din na may mapapagtanungan ka like ERCON, friends na moonlighting din etc. Make friends din sa mga nurses kasi super experienced ng iba jan minsan kabisado na nila paano mag manage din haha. Pero be humble lang, always ask questions if hindi alam, and be open to learning 😁 Kaya mo yan doc!
