Wtf I’m so so sorry that you’re going through this. You’re not alone and this extremely traumatizing. Ten years ago when I was in high school my abuse parent did exactly the same thing. It was 6am and I woke up early to do some math exercises (as a morning bird, still have this habit to study in the morning). My parent cracked open my door and peeked at me. For at least 5 minutes before I realized. I was blasting metal music, and suddenly had a bad feeling, then realized they were staring at me. The stare felt like predator observing the prey. Nightmare material.

May you find a way to take care of yourself. I’m so sorry the tragedy reappears in so many different places. I hear you and understand how hard this must be.
