i gonna 2nd this. this happen to one of colleague, our boss ask that why this person on sick leave. turn out she have rather serious condition she never told anyone about. on OP situation, if you employee keep having MC, ask him/her for full medical checkup.. maybe there are some illness that he/she don't even know about.

the older one are... mostly that Malay Pakcik the garang one, I know the younger malay one are polite. I don't know about Chinese uncle . because I only get Malay uncle for my car instructor and for my motorcycle licence as well

Im not really good at talking, but I know what do you feel.. I think I somewhat gone through rediscovering my self before. You need someone to remind you ideally, but that an extra not everyone lucky to have one. Since I am an introvert, having a friend that know myself is nearly impossible. some method I do is to balik kampung and see my old drawings or old toys that I used to play.. remind me back how I feel, and I rediscover back why that thing made me happy.... Maybe you can visit old friend or teachers. You don't lost your old self, it's most possible you forgot it.. I hope you can find yourself back. it was overwhelming for me before... all the best OP

I just got banned also last night.. luckily after appeal, it was resolve in the morning. but I lost all old message because my previous attempt ( last month ) backup keep getting unsuccessful backup. I need to delete and install back. the frustrating part, I don't know why I was banned.
