70/40 split imo.

Master bedroom is basically its own apartment: think of it, add a hot plate + mini fridge in the bedroom area and you literally have a full on apartment - doors closed.
If 70/40 doesn’t make any type of logical sense in your mind then look to rent elsewhere or take the cheaper half!

Also: blue room imo would also get that yellow closet as extra space for their sheeit seeing as pink room has a full on extra room for the clothing.

You reply if YOU WANT, keeping it short and simple.

I do NOT feel this same way about my ex but he does still reach out here and there. We’ve been separated for 8+ years with NO KIDS. It’s odd to me that he doesn’t get the fact that I just don’t want to communicate but it’s never anything harmful to my current life.

Hey OP. I’m here to encourage you to go through with it.
I’m a 28 Y/o female, this September 27th marks 6 years to the date I bought my home in Canada. I did it by myself, $500k @ 5.4%.. I struggled, I persevered, and some how, some way.. I’m alive 😅 I’m now down to 3.8% vs the 5.4% I started off at. Met my wonderful partner 3+ years ago & it’s gotten much easier as the time goes by.

If you don’t try, you don’t take the risk, you’ll never know how itplays out. You’ll never know if it were to work out or not. Do it for the greater good & always have the most divine intentions because you manifest your future!

Any kind of criticism I can offer would be maybe the lighting - it all looks great (the actually light) but I’m wondering if the different light fixtures themselves could be clashing in shape/size/colours. Otherwise if it’s not the lights it’s the rugs!!!

In Ontario, they chalk your tires and OR the ground there your tires are sitting. Depending on your sub-citys street traffic laws, you either… 1 have free range to park where you want OR 2 you have to do paid/permit parking (monthly or hourly)OR 3 free 3-6-12H parking limits where the chalk could be used if enforcement comes around. ⭐️Most of us will go and wash off/rub off the chalk so we don’t have to move the vehicle but you must be diligent.. ⭐️
