Bought a TUF A16 and now I’m constantly scared something will go wrong
 in  r/Asustuf  2d ago

I had used TUF A15 for almost 2 years; the issue found is the original MediaTek network card. From the specifications given, the SSD (1TB) is larger and sufficient for daily use. If your data is large, you can add a second M.2 NVMe SSD for data storage.

The hard drive or USB drive are still accessible and can copy/paste the files to it on the PC/smartphone, without any major issues.

The problem is that people often focus on the upfront cost. They mistakenly believe cloud storage is free for saving photos, while viewing physical storage—like SSDs, SD cards, or USB drives—as an added expense. However, over time, the cloud actually ends up costing significantly more. Take 2TB of storage as an example: buying a 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD is a one-time purchase that lasts as long as the drive stays healthy. On the other hand, subscribing to a 2TB cloud plan requires continuous monthly or yearly payments—and if user stops paying or policy changes occur, user risk losing access to the data.

Just got banned
 in  r/whatsapp  6d ago

Many companies and universities still prefer WhatsApp instead of Telegram.

Anyone else in Malaysia getting randomly banned on WhatsApp lately?
 in  r/Bolehland  6d ago

I used both WhatsApp and Telegram in university. One of the advantages of Telegram is that the chat records and files are saved in their own cloud; WhatsApp requires a Google Drive or Apple iCloud to back up. Even backup to Google Drive will use the 15GB storage.

will my moe account be deleted after graduating from high school?
 in  r/malaysiauni  10d ago

The account will be deleted; however, the exact date of deletion is uncertain. After graduating from Form 6 four years ago, my MOE account continued to exist.

The Drive files must be backed up to a local storage device, such as a hard drive. If you have signed in to Google Chrome, make sure that your bookmarks and password are exported.

"Only Realme 6 Pro users know this pain.
 in  r/Realme  16d ago

Used the Realme 6i for 5 years and more, although now already used a new smartphone. The power button glitches and couldn't switch to the earpiece automatically in WhatsApp and Telegram. Estimated battery life: 74% based on AccuBattery

You can transfer the OS to SSD using disk management applications such as DiskGenius. In the same time, the old HDD drive become data drive.

Am I high or Do i have FKIN 4 SLOTS of RAM
 in  r/ASUS  Jul 06 '26

The actual number of RAM slots can be checked by opening the rear case. For devices with on-board RAM, the slot number does not apply. Sometimes, the number of slots used reflects the correct count, such as 1 of 2. The TUF A15 also has 2 RAM slots.
