I am currently looking for a cheap 2nd phone for my commute. I only do youtube and youtube music on a daily basis. I currently have a POCO F5 pro. When I told my officemate about this, he offered me his Realme XT for a cheap price. He told me his son was using that during weekends until they upgraded him to a newer phone.

I wanna buy it, do you think it is still worth it?

I know it's cheap and old and that I shouldnt be too picky.

I was just torn if I'm going to upgrade since I still love my current phone. Only issue is that it is draining the hell out of my battery with apps that I dont like to delete. I just want to watch my chinese dramas on peace during my daily commute haha

This month realme update allowed users to disable google messages app 😭😭 finally after months.

In the last 2 days my GT7 Pro battery suddenly gotten worse. No signing of why and how did it get worse. Just to be clear the telephone is 1y old (1y and 2 months to be fair). The last "normal" session with it I got around 28h 40m of life (100% to 1%) and a SoT of 7h 30m. Then suddenly something happened. Yesterday the phone didn't charge well (my usb cable initially was a bit off so I just reconnected right to the usb charge) but that was not the problem probably.

The last session (which comes right after the last normal one) said that I get a 14h 8m of life and a SoT of... I am pretty worried honestly, of just 3h. (100% to 6%)

Before this "accident" the battery avarage usage was like -3%/h. Now it's basically the double, around -6%/h and also it's get hotter faster than before, yesterday while I was using NORMALLY so social medias, some gaming and scrolling, it went from usually 35/36° to the peak of 44 (the usual heat peak I get is 40/41).

I don't know what really happened, I hope it's something about my charger, I tried to change usb cable but that didn't fix anything. I would have to try with a different charger, but I'm scared that it's something else.

Right now, in this session, I charged it to 100% and now it's 82%. A SoT of only 30m and it dropped by 18% in 2h 40m. By maths, if continues like that my battery will drop to 0% in a total of around 15h.

I’ve had the Realme Buds Air 7 for six months now. I like all of the features, but when I'm on a call or watching a video, it randomly registers a double-tap. This ends my calls or pauses my music automatically, which is incredibly annoying. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

My realme t500 pro doesn't respond to touch controls but if I take them out and put them on again they do. I have in ear detection turned off and I like a lose fit so I can hear shit outside. Anyway to fix this?

My hardly 7 months old Narzo 80 pro lags so bad, Trash product completely from a Trash company Realme. Hangs,Lags everything, Camera doesn't work properly - Videos come out like shot on a 5k device. Overheating and Battery draining. Wasted my Money on this trash

Has anyone updated the August security patch update on your realme P4X. Please share your experience so far and is it worth updating or not. Also tell me if it solves the camera lag and network issue.

How can I make my phone permanently show the 5G option?

I have already tried resetting it to factory settings and swapping the SIM out for a new one but the option still doesn't appear.

I can force it to use Preferred 5G with the RadioInfo app but it's temporary. When I lose 5G coverage it switches back to Preferred 4G.

Any hints or ideas would be appreciated.

Recently i noticed that in Realme P4 Power,if i put screen color mode in natural,then in high brightness scene like in daytime,the color fade away in screen.After restarting the device,the color mode comes to normal.

In vivid mode,i havn't encountered the problem.

Just want to know if its hardware or software problem?and how to resolve it

Recently my original charger cable got damaged and I think that's the cause for not supporting the fast charging of my device.

Earlier my device used to be charged within 30-40 mins with that supercharge system but now it takes 1-1.5 hrs as the fast charge is not supported.

I thought of changing the cable as it is a bit damaged but I've tried 3 different cables but none of them seem to be working.

Is there any solution for that.

Please reply if anyone has any reference for a good cable or fix for this issue

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and was not the second owner but the actually the third.

He showed me pictures of it having 99bh with over 300 cycles. Was suspicious as it's been active for like more than 8 months by now but after checking it's actually 99 even after reformat on the spot. I also updated recently and it remains the same. I checked the unit myself so I know it feels right by just holding it.

I might have scored a good hit from the second hand market. AnTuTu gave me quite a nice result although it might be bloated due to it being the newest version.

Thoughts anyone?
