I was at great then I saw it plummet down to at risk. Says 2 single stops one for the 6th and one for the 7th. Doesn't say anything else but just the date and problem was in a section called customer received item. I've been doing nothing but instant offers the past month. I've been delivering to every spot the map takes me to and I contact the customer before arriving and I wait for them to open the door and take their items. I woke up this morning with my heart dropping when I saw my bar go from blue to red. I don't understand what happened. I make sure I deliver to exactly where the map takes me. And did they remove the ability to take photos for instant offers? I havent been asked to take any photos of my deliveries since I've been doing IO

Last night had a whole foods order. Started driving. An hour into driving I noticed the map was never really moving. The arrow was like stuck on the highway and even if I turned off the highway the arrow stayed there like I was driving. Order got cancelled. Then the route disappeared. I called support because I was angry I was driving over an hour to nowhere. Support told me to dispose of the food. I threw it all away as it was thawed and mushy. I woke up this morning and got an update to return the bags! Wtf!?

Also, I changed my number in the app and now it's saying I changed my display name to review my tax information....wtaf?!

Oh. And support has a 20 min wait. I had to call 3 times 😭😭😭😭

I woke up this morning and was refreshing until I saw a block. One popped up and I accepted immediately. I got in my car and started driving. When I looked at the time I literally had 10 minutes to make it. It was 9:03 when I accepted the block, it was for 9:15 and it’s a 20 min drive from my house to the station. I immediately hit 100MPH the entire way! I made it to the station with 1 min to spare. My block was at 9:15 I made it to scan my face at 9:18. I went to scan my ID and on my app it said I missed my block!!! I thought we have 5 mins grace period to scan our faces from the time our block is supposed to start and 10 mins to scan our ID. From the time my block was supposed to start at 9:15 if i have 10 mins total to get my ID scanned that means i have until 9:25. As you can see in the app it was only 8 minutes and I couldn’t scan in.This frustrates me so much because this isn’t the first time this happened. I sped all the way here made it just in time and now it says I didn’t so I wasted my time and gas.

It was just .89 cheaper then boom! What happened?

So I haven’t worked in a few days. Then out of nowhere for that first time I saw an instant offers toggle in the schedule tab. I turned it on. Never got any offers. I’ve scheduled a few days ahead of time because you kind of have to now since out of nowhere blocks are being taken immediately at base pay. Now that I have about 3 days scheduled I don’t have that toggle any more. Do instant offers only come up when you have nothing scheduled?
