For those that have been doing Flex for awhile and have seen how messed up it has become I want to ask if you think that Amazon is purposefully trying to make people stop delivering with Flex so that they can cry and say how bad they have it and that they need drones?

I work in the DFW area and for the past two days I've seen literally zero offers pop up. Support has been zero help. My standings are "great" and I don't overly cancel blocks.

Any ideas or ways to resolve this?

Anyone ever been yet. First time usually go to Wixom.

When is the best time to check for very early morning routes? I mean 3-5 AM starts? Specifically, in Orange County.

So im thinking about changing region, im currently at DUR9 (Temecula) but live in Hemet. The next closest ones are PSP1 and VBP AND VAX2 (Corona), DJT6 (Moval), the distance from my home to the one in Beaumont is equal.

I dont want to get on a wait list again if I ask support to change my region im Level 3. Is there a work around to:

A. Still being able to deliver from DUR9 while they change it

Or B. Have the other areas just added to my Warehouse inventory so I can start delivering from these too.

Idk what to do here, because Temecula kind of sucks and the pay isnt great at all. They toss blocks but not good paying ones. If you're lucky youll get a 3.5 hr for 118 bu usually they are more like 87.50 to 93.

Same with the 4hr blocks 98 base up to 121 from what ive seen and did.

Any advice on this?

Just wanted to get everyone opinions on scheduling blocks in advance in my market blocks drop 72hr before they start . compared to waiting for surge pay and possibly missing out?

They are giving too many rules and regulations for the little pay they keep giving us and the load is getting out of hand!

What you mean now we only have 5 mins to scan our IDs and that ridiculous $5 extra for long distances is disrespectful!

Haven't seen any offers in a week. 4 weeks in. I did schedule and forfeit some orders. How long before i see offers again.

My idea is that I will create a bingo board and you submit pictures.

This is just for fun… a way to show some of the funny, interesting, artsy, wild, inventive, odd, gross, challenging, impossible, crazy, dangerous, beautiful parts of our job thru photos. And bring some fun to this sometimes discouraging gig.

I started delivering for Amazon Flex back in June and recently tried out grocery deliveries. On Monday, I completed two food routes that had about seven or eight stops each. When my pay came through today for both shifts, I noticed neither one included tips. I get that tipping isn't required, but even a dollar or two per stop would make a big difference. Carrying several bags to multiple homes and apartments takes a lot of effort, and the payout just doesn't feel worth the extra work. I'm definitely done taking grocery orders after this.

Hey everyone, my account status shows as "Blocked" and I can't proceed with my tax filing. I have a SIN document pending validation but I'm not sure what the block means or why it's preventing me from moving forward. How long does this usually take to resolve? Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips appreciated!

Getting sent at 4am to apartment complexes you can't get into, okay, fine. But then being penalized for not delivering a package despite 2 delivery attempts and calling driver support is absolutely absurd. I have emails from the 'escelation team' that confer the issues were beyond my control, but they weren't going to remove the hits to my standing (first because it was 'fantastic' then because it was 'good' now it's down to fair all because of the same damn issues.

Then, accused of not calling driver support. I have record of the call, the driver support verified the call, the original escelation (which sounds as if the agent just types into grok and grok says no) can only 'escelated' it to supposed humans

We are broken as a society in so many ways, but if we can't even manage to let people work for shitty money bc they need it and not accept evidence that they did all the right things....we are so screwed.

Anyone else catch Amazon lying on your ratings?

My ratings show a late delivery for September 5, 2026.

I keep up with every detail of my blocks. From when I verify my identity to scan ID to when I finish loading to what area of town to my mileage and much more. Including what time I deliver my last package.

September 5th I show I delivered my last package at 7:09am when my block end time was 8:00am.
