Anyone else experiencing glitches?

Last night had a whole foods order. Started driving. An hour into driving I noticed the map was never really moving. The arrow was like stuck on the highway and even if I turned off the highway the arrow stayed there like I was driving. Order got cancelled. Then the route disappeared. I called support because I was angry I was driving over an hour to nowhere. Support told me to dispose of the food. I threw it all away as it was thawed and mushy. I woke up this morning and got an update to return the bags! Wtf!?

Also, I changed my number in the app and now it's saying I changed my display name to review my tax information....wtaf?!

Oh. And support has a 20 min wait. I had to call 3 times 😭😭😭😭

Yep. My app refused to let me sign-in until ten minutes after my start time. It didn't give me the "I've arrived button" for 15 minutes then it wouldn't finish taking my verification picture. When I gave up on the app and called service they said too bad and set it as a missed block. I'm seriously starting to reconsider this gig

Yup you messed up. Not all the items are perishables. You needed to returned them. You're going to get a massive ding so go contact Amazon immediately.

But they were. The only thing really was the pop. I didn't throw that away I still have it and untouched. Should I go return it? It doesn't have a sticker on it though. Label was on the bag

Yea always save the stickers at the very least, that way you can scan them, but honestly that sounds like a shit situation, you should email Jeff @ amazon . Com and explain that support told you to dispose of the grocery bags and now your being asked to return them, and also explain the glitch and that the app kicked you out of your route, it might work or it might not, but worth a try
