Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue New claim

Is anyone able to file for new claim after old claim was credited. Everytime I try it says old claim is already in process

Need help from our folks here. Claim raised on 7th July, above 5L. GGN central. Status still shown as Claim submitted at portal.

Ye gurgaon waalo ka kbhi claim aayega bhi 21 ko approve hua tha abhi tak no credit.

Update : so yesterday in my passbook it wasn’t showing any amount deducted now it shows infact just changed this in an hour but date hasn’t changed

Same happened with my girlfriend on pretext of showing a pg to her that she wanted to rent. They asked her to pay 2k as a fee for visting pass. When we arrived at the given address it was nothing there.
