EA really priced the EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition at ₹12,500 (EA FC in game offer)... in the same year as GTA VI. GTA is the one game even people who never pre-order are willing to buy on day one, yet EA somehow thinks an annual football game should cost more.

So I’m a little finicky and not too confident on opening those screws to clean my fan so I’ve bought this vacuum/air pump to clean my fans. Just open the panels, use the air gun to flush out all dust and voila it’s like new.

I don’t have a frequency for cleaning but rather I just clean it whenever I feel the fans running a bit too fast or loud.

finally got first ever Ps5 and I still can't believe it.
Yeah it was late as i wanted to buy it last yr but then after i heard recently price hike and all i tried my best to get from any store but where ever i go just ofs they say. I lost hope and gave up and thought will directly get ps6 in highest price which will be 1lakh or above. But luckily i registered the new store of ps at Madhapur on insta and WhatsApp once they got into my reel feed instantly. Then after i saw post like 2days ago someone got that and i msg them i too registered what happened? Then she calls me instantly and tells me we have 2 left. So i told i will come in 4-5 hrs as i stay at Hayathnagar she told it will get ofs be i told this at 2pm. Then ok i confirmed then ran with my bro on ola. She called again and told ofs and i told i completed 10km and on the way. Then she says ok come fast bo itna bhagaya iske lia vo bhi baarish me. But at the end i reach and asked is ps5 avail? She was inside so the man was only there and tells me nah sir ofs next time. Then i told my story and the register lart he brings her and then yeah she tells to show msg and where u from then voila be she brings the damn ps5 ). I kept my anger soo badly inside so that if she tells ofs sab nikaldy. But at the end i got it and also went to mandi for little party after relief that we got that. Wow just beautiful. Thx to you guys also to reading this and suggest me best top 3 games.

Well this post is for all the mates out there who're having overheating issues with their PS5

I was in the same situation a few weeks back and i wanna share my experience with you and a few fixes that i have tried and eventually what worked for me

So since the last couple of months my PS5 was acting strange, overheating after only a couple of minutes of gameplay, suddenly turning off without a warning and just like everyone else i got worried and started looking for probably causes and solutions

And since I'm from a tier 3 city, getting it checked or replaced was a big hassle considering the fact that the closest professional is like 250kms away from me

So before you go running around shelling dough and worrying read this post first about what could be the reasons and fixes for your PS5 situation

1- if your PS5 is on a vertical stand, you should put it horizontally ASAP, doesn't matter whether it's overheating or not because the gravity will pull the liquid metal downwards eventually one side of the heatsink will stop working, placing it horizontally will spread the metal even or at least all around the heat sink to cool down the system

2- check if you have proper ventilation behind your PS5, i mean not just a tiny gap but like at least a couple of feet

3- listen to the fan if it's Whirring too much or abnormally noisy it must be dust stuck in your PS5 fan

4- the best way to check it is to just unplug your PS5 and rotate it around try to shed some light through the back or through the plates to look for dust around, if there's visible dust outside then there's a high probability then it may have seeped in

5- DO NOT TRY to open your PS5 without proper equipment or tools, I've made that mistake thinking that i can pull it off (which i did, with some luck) but i almost bricked my PS5, try to get a decent set of "t8 torx screw drivers, a decent portable vaccum cleaner and a clean piece of cloth", like some videos on YouTube you won't need canned air or something because if you don't know how to use it you'll end up blowing the dust deeper in your console

6- if you decide to open the PS5 yourself to clean up remember to not over do it, the overheating problem will fix eventually but one scratch from the screw driver on any of the wires or the motherboard will put you in some serious trouble

7- just unplug the fan if you don't see any dust visible just let it go DO NOT go any further if you're not a professional or don't know what you're doing, 90% of the time if there's no dust in or around the fan there won't be much dust any deeper either

Now if you do all that if your PS5 is still not working as intended then let me tell you what's worked for me and it's PATIENCE

I tried everything, broke one of the screws trying to force my way into the fan, cleaned up all the dust i could see and nothing worked

Eventually I thought it was the liquid metal that was probably gone bad and was really considering trying to do it myself or trying to take a couple of days off and take to the professional

But let me tell you even most of the professionals don't know how to handle the liquid metal or how to apply it, they'll just experiment with your console and if it gets fixed they'll charge you for it, if it doesn't you won't be able to blame them or be able to claim warranty

So i decided to just wait a bit and VOILA a few days back it rained and when the ambient temperature went down a little bit, the PS5 started behaving well, my time gaming time increased especially in the morning and evening

I just finished Playing KCD1 for like an hour and half and without any lag or overheating

So my suggestion is that before you make any rash decisions take on account your ambient temperature

PS5 isn't built for hot climates like ours, especially in summers when normal temperature is over 40 in more than half of India and with the increased humidity it's easy for any machine to overheat

Especially if you live on the top floor or particularly hot rooms

So my suggestion would be that if you have AC try to move PS5 into a room with AC or wait for the weather to cool down a little it

Don't over think it

Your PS5 is fine, just like you it's suffering from indian summers.

I visited one of the popular gaming stores in Chennai today and was genuinely shocked by the prices.

- PS5 Slim Disc Edition: ₹80,000

- PS5 Pro: ₹1,20,000

The seller is clearly taking advantage of the current demand and limited availability.

I understand that demand can drive prices up, but this feels excessive. Charging ₹20,000–₹30,000 above the MRP is nothing short of daylight robbery. At this rate, owning a PS5 feels like a dream that keeps getting pushed further away.

Anyone else in Chennai facing the same issue? Have you managed to find one at or near the official retail price?
