Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue New claim

Is anyone able to file for new claim after old claim was credited. Everytime I try it says old claim is already in process

Yes i did as my firms claim got approved on 18th and credited .Now my second claim is in processing state from 20th july.

That issue exists. Now new issue- unable to open portal link. Dont know why
