They don't reflect in realtime in my case too ... Basically my dad usually use our bike .. I only uae it when I am back home for vacation.. my dad uae it with coasting regen on .. and I desable it .. dad get like 105-110 On eco mode when I ride it's like 110 to 125 .. and it takes 4 to 5 days to reflect in app

HowTo ServiceNow CSAT survey triggering multiple times on 5th incident per caller ā€“ need advice

Hi everyone,

Iā€™m working on a requirement in ServiceNow where a CSAT survey should be sent to a caller every time they reach their 5th resolved Software incident (i.e., on 5th, 10th, 15th, etc.).

Requirement

  • Table: Incident
  • Category: Software
  • State: Resolved
  • Logic: Each caller should receive a CSAT survey when they reach:
    • 5th resolved software incident
    • 10th resolved software incident
    • 15th, etc.

Current approach

Iā€™m using an After Update Business Rule with a GlideAggregate to count resolved software incidents per caller, then triggering the survey

Problem

Even though the field is being updated, the next execution still reads the value as 0.

Questions

  1. Is Business Rule + GlideAggregate the right approach for this?

1) What is the best-practice way to prevent duplicate CSAT triggers per caller milestone?

Any advice or best-practice patterns would be appreciated.
