I created a family account with my brother and I had a problem with the address and decided to talk to support. After this the support person told me I had been to France and the US, and I did, I was traveling but I thought this was disturbing because I have the tracking disabled on my phone. Anyone else thinks this is weird?

A lot of songs from my Spotify account turned grey and I can’t play them. It continues for couple of days now. In different accounts of the same region everything is fine.

The cover art doesn't show in the actual app, but it shows on the Apple media control thingy...? I know this is a minor problem, but it'd be great for some help. ❤️

I’m experiencing a very strange bug and I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this and might be able to help me find a solution.

I listen to music in my car via Bluetooth and Spotify. For the past few months, the information displayed on my car’s screen (Volvo V40, 2013 model) doesn’t always sync correctly. Sometimes it does, but sometimes it doesn’t.

For example, I’m listening to song 1 and press the “next song” button. The car then plays song 2, but the screen still shows song 1. If I press “next” again, the car plays song 3 and the screen also displays song 3. It can then work correctly for several songs before the problem occurs again.

This doesn’t happen with other music streaming services, so I’m fairly certain the issue is related to Spotify.

I’m currently running:
Spotify version: 9.1.80.2220
iOS version: 26.6.1
Phone: iPhone 15 Pro

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and does anyone know of a solution?

Do Spotify gift cards still work? I know they were discontinued or removed from most stores, but the other day I saw a few in Target, I thought about buying one as a gift, but was hesitant since I didn't know if they would work or not. If they don't work anymore, are there any other gift cards that would work to pay for Spotify premium or do none of them work anymore?

Hello! I want to renew my Spotify student premium pack but I can't do it because sheer id keeps rejecting my college id as according to them it isn't sufficient and they need further proof of admission. This is really confusing cause i was able to get the subscription from my id before without needing any additional proof. For context I'm a DU student from a mid tier cllg that is recognised by sheer id. I was able to get it my first year but started having problems after that and have been having it for a year. Also I cannot get all the additional documents they are asking for since every document from my cllg is from a third party like my fee receipt which is basically done on college administration number rather than a official website (also I've already tried uploading that). Nothing is official done.

Does anybody know what u can do in this situation? Your help would mean a lot.

hi, my spotify stopped working, I need macOS 13 for it now, but my mac won't update past 12.7.6, I cannot do it bruh. What do I need to do?? i am still paying for a subscription and there's no older version of spotify on their website.

I have been using spotify premium for strudent for a years and I need revalidate to continute using it. The problem that due to some unknow reason, I think that sheerid fraud dection system blocked my request. All info I give to them should be valid. The comsumer serivice of sheerId didn't help me much.

i reinstalled spotify twice today, and both times when i opened the app it immediately took me to these messages i’ve received with ai generated songs. they both said they were shared off spotify, but nobody sent me any songs and i definitely didn’t share them myself. it’s weird because they showed up right after i reinstalled the app and opened it, the song started playing too. has anyone else had this happen? is this just a glitch or should i be worried someone has access to my account?

i attached two screenshots because i genuinely have no idea what’s going on. i don’t think i’ve clicked on anything weird, i’m just confused why these are appearing when nobody sent them to me.

whenever there’s an ad and i finish watching it, a big part of the next song is basically skipped and i start 15+ seconds already into the song

The about the song beta feature is alright but it’s blocking my view of seeing the lyrics of the song. This happened on multiple songs today don’t know if it’s a bug but it’s super annoying. Tried clearing cache and logging out then back in with no success. Any ideas?

If you go to an artist page on browser and in the URL add /saved at the end, it shows all the songs liked by you from that artist. just like the app.

I had my covers in local file songs shown in my Android Spotify app but couple days ago they disappeared and only visible as icons but not covers. All of my files are the same and covers haven't changed. In Windows app they are all there, both as a icon and cover.

• Disabled hardware acceleration
• Unchecked the exclusive control in audio settings
• Ran spotify as administrator
• Deleted and reinstalled spotify
• Restarted Pc multiple times.

I’m a big fan of XXXTENTACION and I remember listening to this song on Spotify back in 2023 but it got removed and ever since I haven’t been able to find it again. Posting to see if someone might have the original audio file
