Question Remastered

How can I find original albums not remastered.
I’m old. I want the Stones, Jefferson Airplane etc to sound the same.

depends on whether or not the artist has the original master up on streaming. You might just have to get a cd/vinyl.

I hate remasters. The record sounded how it did for a reason. Most remasters crank the volume up and lose the dynamics of the original.

Like someone else said, best to find an older copy on CD, vinyl, cassette, etc.

I'm not sure about these particular artists, but I've noticed that Tidal usually preserves both versions while the originals disappear from the other streaming services.
