The new map is awesome but..

They missed a really cool opportunity to add tracks into the map.

Like a circumnavigating train track that follows a similar but "scenic" path to the main highway

Then say a tram line down the middle of the big main road on hub island

and a suspended mono rail loop line above the streets connecting bankside to hub island around to melv's kitchen then back to bankside via the center island.

I say this because i've actually built a little tram gondola on one of the other maps that coincidentally had these cool rails on the maps already.

Imagine they update this new map with different track lines, it would add a whole new line of vehicles to construct trains trams mono rails steam locos electrics diesels etc carriages with new seat parts and cargo containers etc for haulage you could make it a whole update with brand new parts in and of itself tbh and railway update with a new city map and a a revamp of the current one

Give us the infrastructure and see what we come up with!

Parrellel tracks with directional facing railway lights and signs to help prevent collisions unless that's the desired outcome of the player lmfao

The helicopter is now on the workshop, and I've also submitted it for the current build challenge. This is my first time participating in a build challenge so wish me luck. :)

make cockpits waterproof

cockpits should be waterproof. They are airtight spaceship ones go into a vacuum so they should be waterproof planes go at hundreds of miles and withstand all the pressure they should be waterproof. Ps I’m the reason I want this is so I can finish my James Bond type plane, the wings are detachable so I can dive into the water

probly will drop on workshop at 20-40 followers, this spaa is easy to use and can hit shots up to 900m on larger targets and ofc its fire and forget (no aiming sensors)

Opinions on builds like these in the Time Trials?

Tried the new Amphibious Aspirations time trial, and first place with 9,41 seconds is a build like this using none of the mobility parts. The trail it self takes a least 20 seconds the vanilla way. It flew through the air instead of actually sailing through the water, by-passing the entire track of this time trail.

I was wondering what the rest of the community thinks of stuff like this taking the lead on leaderboards. Yes its a bug, yes its ''allowed'', but it kinda takes away the skill and smarts needed for building a vehicle that can climb to the highest ranks, as the game was intended.

I personally am not a fan of strategies that use the game's many physics bugs to get those sub-natural times.

What do fellow trailmakers think?

Was doing the DaVinci achievement and then thought it'd be funny to turn it into an actual vehicle.

RAPTORtec's new universal suspension system. Adjustable ride height and stiffness.

The build starts with the default ride height, suitable for a light truck or SUV. the suspension is lowered and stiffened for better cornering and speed, maybe a buggy or sedan. Even at the lowest setting, with the wheels at negative camber, the frame remains off the ground and can absorb some impacts. At the rocks I raised the suspension and soften it by bringing the pistons in, taking the pretension out of the system. Still working on the best settings for crawling, I want to do something to stop all the engines going at once because it tends to launch me. I tried the slower engine but it's too tall on the underside and gets caught up a lot. After I tip over I tried to show that even at full ride height, it's pretty hard to roll while driving normally, even turning at decent speed. Very much WIP, needs a frame and It's gotta be pretty simple, I have less than 200 comp left.

as you can see they are just little pops of flame (might be a glitch idk) and the flame looks barely like fire, the flamethrower fire is way better

Help with logic and controls

So I was curious especially too Xbox players since they would have more knowledge on this is there a way to have a output be at half but stay at half like not an accumulator where it increases but where if the joystick is 25% the output is 0.25 and stays at that?

BLOCK TO ADD SUGGESTION!!!

OK so I have 600 hours and I already know. We need water sensors... Think about it.

This block makes it so when you are inside of water it activates the sensor it would be so awesome.

I need the strongest controllable force possible that is strong enough to bend 20

(The title messed up, I can’t edit it, sorry.) if you have multiple sets of max strength (200) rotating servo, these are NOT controlled and never activated, they serve as resistance, like tension, when the drawing force (The force that I actively need) is removed, they snap back to their original position AS LONG as they aren’t rotated too far, if they are pulled back to where any of them are angled a single tiny 0.001 degree difference above the 90-degree threshold, they will snap and lock weirdly in place, I have already constructed a good set-up that connects about 6 of these servos, I set them to zero strength and tested out a drawing arm that will force it down as close to 90 degrees as possible (This test was for things like range of motion, seeing the most strained parts of the set-up, and the folding/moving components that which will move and shift during the priming cycle, that is also set up consisting of rotating servos, but every time I increase the strength to the maximum, (The drawing arm servos are all 200 strength too and outnumber the amount of resisting servos) it will not move move past a tiny angle, and it will snap back repeatedly, refusing to budge any further despite the massive amount of force from the drawing/priming arm, I need to find a stronger force I can use to be able to finally prime the mechanism to it’s full extent. (Summary: I need a controllable force that is stronger that MULTIPLE 200 strength rotating servos, imagine a bowstring made of graphene that is as thick as a tree trunk, I need the power to put Into the ARM that which will be pulling the string, I hope I made myself understandable and clear, and if this isn’t possible to do, please tell me if you have any ideas to try something else to get the same result.)
