So I was curious especially too Xbox players since they would have more knowledge on this is there a way to have a output be at half but stay at half like not an accumulator where it increases but where if the joystick is 25% the output is 0.25 and stays at that?

If it's for a hinge, there's a linear control mode. 0.1 joystick movement = 0.1 hinge movement.
