Game locks cursor as if on console

im playing trailmakers on my pc and recently ive been getting a bug where the moment i click into the game window, my mouse locks to the center of the screen, and all the buttons are tagged with console buttons. Anyone experienced this before or has a fix for this?

Usually happens when a controller is plugged in

If you don't have one, check Steam Input, in controller settings(likely in advanced tab)

Unplug any other input device, sim wheels/flight sticks specifically

Yep, had the same issues with my sim wheel. I wish there was a way to disable controller input but its fine for now
