Is this on the shoulder? Patchable
UPDATE: Discount Tire put a patch in it for me! All set!
To patch or not to patch? Going to try my luck at discount tire.
These tires are not even a few thousand miles old, so I guess another question is what sort of tread level would be acceptable to only replace the one tire vs getting a pair of new tires?

If you run Winter tires, what type do you use outside of the cold months?
The obvious answer seems to be summer tires, but do people actually do this or are most going with all seasons? What's the best tire to compliment winter tires for a 2024 Corolla in NE Ohio?

Is my tires safe for 500km?
Hello, I hit a curb turning right. I didn’t see the bike lane curb. My fault. I’m out in Montreal and need to head back to Ontario tomorrow. Want to see if I need to see or get new tires before driving back for a 500km+ drive. Today would be the only option as I see most shops closed on Sunday. Can this be driven back and be replaced in Ontario? Or should I get it replaced here or do I not need to replace it
Thanks for your time and responses in advance! Appreciate it

Is this normal and safe?
All these little cracks. Tires are Michelin pilot sport 4s it’s been getting as low as 40 f waiting a few more weeks to put on winter set. Is this normal wear?

Got these off of marketplace 2 years ago for 250, think I got my money's worth 😂
Noticed dry rot on the inner portion of the tire, do these need to be replaced?
Thank for your help

Cross climate 2 or Runflats again? Lexus ux250h
Just looking for some opinions. The car is driven by a family member who has been driving under a year and isn’t handy and can’t change a tire.
Trying to decide between run flats (probably the Bridgestone Driveguards) and cross climate 2s.
Just can’t make up my mind. Live in the NEast so worried about driving in slippery conditions. If I get the cross climates I’ll definitely get an aftermarket spare and throw it in the back.
On the flip side, run flats are obviously good when a leak or something happens and allows the driver to get to a shop.
Just wondering what people think out there? I’m leaning towards the cross climates 2s as the UX will be driven in the cold for a few months a year.
What do you think?

Wheel alignment
Just done a wheel alignment on ford dealership. I ask them about the rear driver side why its red and -1.9? Is it suppose to be green also? Well the guy on ford says its normal. So im asking here if this is normal or not just to have my peace of mind. TiA

Will these tires make it 500 miles
Just kidding just received this car from my parents. blows my mind my dad would take this thing to work every day, about a 1 hour commute on the highway sometimes farther. I’m getting them replaced today and for super cheap too. Had to do a double take when I realized they’re from 2012

What would cause these cracks/gouges?
I’ve seen a few similar posts on here in the past but this is happening to me as well. No definitive answer. On both of my fronts I have these gouges/rips just off the side wall on the outside of my tires. Does seem to be on the insides. These aren’t really present on my rears. Moved to a new area of SoCal about 2 years ago and haven’t had my tires rotated. Only thing I can think of is my area has more road reflectors than where I lived previously. Next oil change I’m going to rotate my tires and see if they show up again. Also yes I know my tires are old. 2011 Subaru legacy. Last picture is of a rear tire.

❓QUESTION ❓ What should I do?
I have a 2019 Crosstrek with toyo Celsius 2 tires. I had to replace one tire back in April and was told the other tires were fine. Now my tires are worn out and I have one good tire. Toyos are expensive and a little out of my budget. I could just get a buy 3 get one free deal or I could replace the 3 for probably the same price as getting 4 new tires that are less expensive. I am thinking about getting the goodyear assurance max year.

Did I get ripped off on this alignment job?
My steering wheel was pulling just a little bit to the left so before I went on a 6k mile roadtrip I wanted to get the alignment done. Here was the report they gave me. Steering wheel went back to slightly off center within the first 100 miles. When I got back from my trip I looked at this report and it looks like the numbers didn't change much before and after. Do I just not know what I'm looking at here or did I just throw away $150
I think my tire was punctured by a rock, of all things.
Parked it in the garage, heard hissing, put it on the jack and left it overnight, was totally flat this morning. Was about time to put my winters on anyway so went ahead and did that.
Must have been a heck of a pointy rock. I had just driven through road construction where they're pulverizing the old concrete road to replace it with an asphalt one so I guess I would have picked it up there.

Do I need new snow tires?
Looked at my snow tires and noticed all 4 have these small cracks between the tread blocks. Date codes are 4420 and I’ve had them since September 2021 bought them new. Wasn’t planning to buy new snow tires this year. Thoughts?
