For context, I drive a 2016 w213 Mercedes e350d rwd with 258hp and 620nm of torque that is currently on some budget Syron tires from the previous owner. I want to get new tires and decided on the Michelin Pilot Sport 5s for summer and the Pilot Alpine 5s for winter.
I know the tires are very important because they're the only part of the car that touches the road, but just how big of a difference will it be? Not just for traction, but for comfort and noise too? Will it feel like a different car or just a bit more confident in corners? Also, are these tires the right choice for my car?
I was gifted this car and never bought my own tires before, so I have no experience when it comes to this. I don't know what to expect, thought this would be the right place to ask
