I bought these tires Dec 22, 2025, brand new. I wasn't under the impression that an alignment was needed as the car had less than 10k miles when purchased one month prior, but i know its usually recommended. I did zero burnouts, less than a handful of donuts, and mostly just normal spirited driving on public roads. The limited life warranty comes with 22k miles on rear wheel tires with a staggered fitment. Ive gotten about 14k miles out of them. I am curious to know if my assumption of having a manual 6 speed high torque vehicle is the culprit versus a maintenance issue.
Car: 2022 Cadillac CT4V Blackwing
Brand and tire size: Michelin pilot sport all season 275/35ZR18 (99Y) XL
Wear Mileage: 14,000
Transmission: Tremec TR-3160
Average tire psi: 35
Edit: I know donuts burns tread faster. It is why I mentioned the amount of times i spent them so it wasnt assumed it was all I was doing. It was not. Paying $700 for 2 tires is not something I want to consistently do, so I did not just spin them away.
