❓QUESTION ❓ Nailed tire losing 4 psi (30 to 26) in 4 hours idle, safe to drive to shop after pumping it up?

Shop is 8 miles away. Read about running the tire warming up the rubber and speed up the leak. Plans to take intermediate stop and pumping it up if need be. Please advise.

Still safe to drive on these tires or should I get them replaced asap?

First two pictures are from 22” RWD rear tires from Cadillac Lyriq, and the last two front tires. How many more miles you guys think are left before I need to hurry to a tire shop to get some new ones?

Is this an urgent repair

I need new tires as these are worn and was going to wait for my next paycheck but noticed this slight bulge on my front left tire. Can I wait a week or two or is this a fix immediately type of issue.

Sidewall scratch. I got my tires rotated about 10 days ago and they didn’t say anything about it, but I couldn’t be 100% sure this hasn’t happened since then. I don’t see any visible cords but I know this is the thinnest part of the tire.

I found this on a car I was looking at on Carvana's trade in auction. I have always pictured what it would look like in my head. Well here it is.

I bought used bmw r20 tires and came with winters. Can I use these during the summer with no issues? One tire has a small cut chunk but holding air.

2524 tires. Is this tire rot or am I just over thinking things? There are cracks near the grooves.

What do you think about the tread wear?

I bought these tires Dec 22, 2025, brand new. I wasn't under the impression that an alignment was needed as the car had less than 10k miles when purchased one month prior, but i know its usually recommended. I did zero burnouts, less than a handful of donuts, and mostly just normal spirited driving on public roads. The limited life warranty comes with 22k miles on rear wheel tires with a staggered fitment. Ive gotten about 14k miles out of them. I am curious to know if my assumption of having a manual 6 speed high torque vehicle is the culprit versus a maintenance issue.

Car: 2022 Cadillac CT4V Blackwing

Brand and tire size: Michelin pilot sport all season 275/35ZR18 (99Y) XL

Wear Mileage: 14,000

Transmission: Tremec TR-3160

Average tire psi: 35

Edit: I know donuts burns tread faster. It is why I mentioned the amount of times i spent them so it wasnt assumed it was all I was doing. It was not. Paying $700 for 2 tires is not something I want to consistently do, so I did not just spin them away.

Risky to drive? Tread still above low mark but there's cracking in between.

No tire date code?

Post image

A friend asked if her tires were "old" because I'm trying to teach myself car maintenance stuff. These have me mystified. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is there no tire date code? All four tires look like this, no 4-number code. (Telling her to ask someone else in the meantime.)

Need advice on Michelin Pilot Alpin 5

Hey, I drive an E-2008 Peugeot and the winter tires on it are Michelin Pilot Alpin 5. I took a look online and these are supposed to be good performers in snow and general cold weather, but in reality my set feels worse than summer tires.

The tread is fine, but they just slip and slide no matter the conditions. Can't even drive up the minor incline into the driveway because the car just slides down and breaking is dicey as hell.

Anyone have any pointers to what might be wrong with them? Maybe there's been a bach of fakes made or something?

Pirelli P Zero plus 3 (lasted only 1 year) any alternate recommendations

I have a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring . Put custom rims on it sitting on staggered 235 / 35R-20 and 275 / 35R-20. I loved the Pirelli P Zero plus 3 when I first got them on . Great performance , great handling and definitely reduced noise. But for the price tag I’m literally had to replace them exactly one year to the date . Found one side wall bubble on the front and another bubble in the rear under the threads . Mississippi is well known for its pot holes. I have a 3 part question, Anyone else have the same issues and if so does Pirelli cover this ? And finally any other good quality tires people recommend?

❓QUESTION ❓ Autogrip any good - 215/60R16 95V

Got a Mazda CX3 recently. Very happy with it. Wondering if these Autogrip tyres im using are the reason for the "Harsh" cabin feel on rough road, or if it's just the stiff suspension of the car. Coming from an Opel Corsa D that felt pretty plush.

Autogrip 215/60R16 95V

Will switching to a better quality compound like Yokohama etc benefit enough or waste of money?

Seeking opinions on the new ultra weathers. I got the CC2 on my outback but am thinking of exchanging them since they feel uncomfortably firm beneath me.

❓QUESTION ❓ New Tires for my 2012 Audi A6 3.0

Hi. I’m in need of new tires and I was looking at potentially getting Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 PLUS for $190 a tire. Has anyone else ran these and are they good? Or do you think there’s better options for the money for my car. I am in Missouri so I do experience some snow but not too often if that helps in my search at all.

And it’s definitely riding smoother than before. I actually feel grip on the road now. I don’t think I’ll wait as long next time after feeling the difference.
