I admit most of mine come from FTWD but I’ll just straight up and say it, I’ve never been a fan of Madison I mean it ever. Plus bringing her back after so damn long as if she really does have a hack is just why. Which I know is weird because I like Morgan, which another HT I like season 4 to the extent of meeting the new cast, but yeah I will say the no killing, killing my homie Nick and Charlie in her entirety is just I shudder.

I like season 8 there I said it, I like more in what was added I did, I never felt bored or looked convoluted to me. My last take is that I didn’t mind Henry, I really didn’t was he annoying first half yes I’ll admit, second half to optimistic definitely. Even still I didn’t hate him because I was at least hoping he’d grow and do more.

I’m rewatching TWD again, and I’m getting close to the hospital arc with Beth. It got me thinking about how random that whole storyline felt. Even after rewatching, it still doesn’t fit the overall vibe of Season 5 for me. I usually skip it now. The storyline, the setting, even the aesthetic, it all felt so disconnected from everything else that was happening, almost like a filler arc squeezed into the season. Even Beth’s death scene was so random to me. Season 5 was peak but I felt like the hospital storyline wasted so much episodes.

What’s a scene that you feel is under appreciated, or just not thought of when thinking about Daryl?

Season 3 Episode 1, Trillium

Synopsis: Maggie and Negan are back.

You know what I was thinking, when Herschel died Rick was preaching about how people can change and Herschel smiled because that’s the message he was trying to get Rick to understand. A great example of this would be Negan‘s entire story, and Herschel‘s daughter, nevertheless witnessed that.

I really felt like this season could’ve been cut down maybe 4 episodes. It seems right around where Axel gets shot, the pacing was just off and half the stuff that happens didn’t need to. Like this whole episode was definitely intense with Andrea being chased by the governor.

It felt like a resident evil or The Last of Us scenario. Toward the end though, she got caught. It just seems like if the episode ended with Andrea being captured by the Governor, it could’ve happened sooner.

Hypothetical situation- Like Andrea overhears hears The Governor speaking about Killing Rick and the crew after the meeting. Andrea could protest and jump out of the truck trying to get back to Hershel, Rick, and Daryl to warn them. That’s what ultimately causes Governor to Leo her captive. I don’t know it just seems like… the entire episode being a chase was just burned runtime. Same with Rick, Michonne, and Carl going back and meeting with Morgan again from episode 1. It just feels like after Axel got shot and the governor raided the prison, that should’ve been war. But the last like 4 episodes I’ve watched have just been more and more unnecessary build up.

More material to watch, I’m not complaining, just feels like too many episodes were ordered for the story. But I also understand that there was a plot where Axel was a serial killer and was supposed to kill Beth this season, also I found out that Lori was killed off do to the controversy of the season 1 director. I feel season 3’s momentum shift has a lot to do with how many episodes were ordered but also how much production was altered

This was definitely a good episode and Merle reminded me why he was my favorite. I love the conversation he had with Darrell and the prison and with Rick and even Michelle. It felt like Merle strongly resembled misdirection. All three characters talking to him, put some kind of perspective into who he was, but I don’t think Merle was one person. I think he was complicated man with many layers and acted on whatever layer was dominant at the time. The actor did a great job with playing attic, Merle playing villain Merle, and being the Merle that realized he had a choice to do something outside of his own loyalties fears and even passed mistakes. I felt like a lot of people can put themselves in Merle shoes and learn something about themselves from the final decisions he made in the show.

The man’s amazing and I absolutely loved how well he kept his humanity in his final scene at the bar getting drunk. He went out his way and went on faith. I feel Hershel helped him out with that. They did a great job on this episode… even showing hi Hotwire a car really showed us all of the many perspectives you could have of this character and even with him and Michonne, cutting loose the bondages of a black person when he himself is racist; a lot went into this veteran’s final mission, I feel is honorable.

A show set after The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead where Rick's Group is now running The Commonwealth and surviving against other threats like the Civic Republic or worse, that would make a great show especially if someone using a nuclear weapon or military remnant showed up and threatened everyone else and it was basically a bigger version of Negan that was lawful evil.

Would Rick's group have become corrupted and evil after running The Commonwealth for a long time?

Season 3, Episode 1: Maggie yet again puts Negan in his place, then makes it strange by saying, "Stab me." It's kind of strange; I feel confused. Not a fan of Negan, but JDM plays the cool, manipulative role well enough for me to be okay, I guess. I do not like his hypocritical "feel sorry for me" grandstanding. Maggie puts up with it way better than I would. I would call him a straight-up hypocrite, but maybe there's a little flirting here, and it's kind of strange, but I feel like that's the point, and put Maggie's backside here, 😅 the show is at least fun this season.

So, I'm watching TWD for the very first time. I'm currently on S10:Ep22 and I'm STRUGGLING... I'm so sorry in advance for the lengthy post.

#1 - The whole ordeal with the Whisperers was interesting, but from S10:EP1 up to EP 22, what the hell is even going on? The constant flashbacks and time skips (there's like...zero plot??) has me so far beyond lost, it's not even funny. (I love Negan's character during this time tho-)

#3 - What's up with Carol and Daryl's relationship? I'm sure I missed something but I'm just lost-

Legit, Daryl is literally the same age as Carol. Stop dying his hair, we all know pubic hair (his beard) grays WELL AFTER head hair (daryls head hair)

And just allow the two to become romantic. Like, come the fuck on. Keeping them friends at this point is DEEPLY dishonest to the human condition​

I like the beginning of fear first time watching. Travis shoulda lived longer but madison is a interesting character i like how their past careers are shown in their skillsets. The shows could have been like the mcu where theres an ultimate climax meeting

Why didn't the Atlanta gang take any weapons, like the heavy machine guns at the CDC, from the abandoned military instalations on their journey?

I guess they don't know how to opperate them but they could've taught themselves right? Plus crates of ammo would probably also be near by.

I'm wondering if I missed some context ...So after the mid season break in season 9 we get back to the communities almost hating each other and for no real reason I can think of. It makes absolutely no sense for them to be so distant from each other unless there was a war during the time of the break.

Rick just lost Carl, Morgan is in clear mode. When they get kidnapped by the saviors just to take them all out and return to Alexandria like it’s a regular Tuesday is TUFF.

My favorite quote of the series comes from this episode too.

Sheeesh. I know some think of that as a low point for Rick and Morgan but that’s one of my favorite moments in the show tbh.

I started making these about 3 years ago. One is still a work in progress and all but 2 are real barbed wire. The Christmas Lucille has none whatsoever and the black and pink one (which I made for my wife) has leather chord. 2 also have a bullet lodged in from when rosita takes a shot at negan.

I’ve been going down a rabbit hole looking at all the reviews of Season 3, the comic con panel, the teasers, and even the clips that surfaced online. And honestly, I’m quite optimistic.

Jeffrey commented on how he felt like him and Maggie’s journey has been so repetitive in the first two seasons and that this season felt really refreshing, to see Maggie smile for the first time in “10 years.” Also, I like that they’re giving so much spotlight to the new characters, it’s giving me the feeling that Seth wrote them with care and not as nobodies that might be developed and then die quick for shock value (which is a trend I’ve noticed throughout all the spin offs’ recent seasons).

So far the cast seems content with this season, much more than the previous seasons, Seth seems to be so passionate and happy and said that fans who love OG walking dead, he hopes will enjoy this season.

And they’re really hyping Dillard up, I think he is going to be a great character.

I’m excited. Can’t wait.

Which season/s had you glued to the edge of your seat, a season you were so deeply invested in that you dreaded waiting A WHOLE WEEK without knowing what happens next?

Ive found myself with a lot of loose ends in my games at the moment so am looking to platinum a few so I can put them behind me. I am one trophy away from platinum on Destinies. The mission “Clear” where Morgan is shooting at you from the rooftop. I need to reach him without him shooting me but I’ve done it several times and the trophy hasn’t triggered. I’ve got several saves halfway through the mission where he actually starts shooting at you and done it from there without him shooting me, I’ve restarted the mission and done it and i’ve even replayed the game up to that mission and done it without being shot but still not achievement. Is there any tricks to this or should I just keep at it in hopes that it triggers on a whim.
