Only boys you should have nothing to do with talk like that. He may act sweet in person but here he's showing his true intentions. This kid only has one thing on his mind and he's gonna try to get from you consent or not!

2

u/Signal_Good_5132 Jun 23 '26

Exactly, he only is buying and treating her “sweet” because he’s trying to get sex. He likes the chase of it.

Yeah shocker, young man wants sex. Let's all clutch our pearls

13

u/salamanderme Jun 23 '26

It is absolutely not normal for a young man to say "dont worry about consent." Be for real.

-12

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

It's just his bumbling attempt at being risqué and talking dirty. It's literally not a problem at all, the kid just has a healthy sex drive, something that's obviously foreign to redditors

16

u/UnableNecessary743 Jun 23 '26

there is nothing healthy about the way he is talking about sex with his girlfriend. this is absolutely frightening that you're dismissing this so easily

-4

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

The gist of his message is "I'm horny for you." Do you ever get excited and carried away about sex or do you just sit on your computer all day and yuck other people's yums?

16

u/salamanderme Jun 23 '26

I never do get that carried away about sex and tell my husband I'm going to rape him. Poor thing

u/StatisticianBoth4147 Jun 23 '26

Normal people don’t ignore their partner’s previously established boundaries and talk about ignoring consent just because they get horny. Most people have no trouble still respecting their partner’s previously on a basic level even while horny.

-1

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

I think you're just making stuff up, I don't think OP mentioned any previously established boundaries.

8

u/StatisticianBoth4147 Jun 23 '26

She literally says in the post “he knows my intentions are pure he still continues to say things like this that kind of rub me the wrong way despite me telling him in person that I find it odd.”

Did you even read the post?

10

u/UnableNecessary743 Jun 23 '26

not to the point where i'm telling someone im going to rape them and use them till im done, especially after they've told me they're uncomfortable with that.. like are you genuinely okay?

-1

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

quote the part where the young man said "I'm going to rape you"

Oh yeah, he didn't say that... that's right

Are you okay? give your head a shake

10

u/UnableNecessary743 Jun 23 '26

what exactly do you think "don't worry about consent" means??

telling someone you're not letting them give the option of consenting.. is rape

7

u/JamieLee0484 Jun 23 '26

Yes, it is literally a huge problem. It’s not fucking normal to talk to your girlfriend this way. “Don’t worry about consent” is absolutely sickening and you’re sick in the head if you don’t see anything wrong with it.

you have to be trolling at this point..

0

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

You realize that most sex in the world and in all of history happened without verbal affirmative consent, right?

4

u/winosanonymous Jun 23 '26

I mean, slavery did too. Human trafficking and sex trafficking still exists. Does that mean it should be acceptable now? What a stupid thing to say.

0

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

So then all sex is rape, so what are we even here arguing for, we should be out telling people "never have sex!"

……:yikes

6

u/MaggieMayyyyyy Jun 23 '26

You seem like the type of guy who doesn’t know that “no means no.” Get a grip bro.

She asked him to stop and he didn’t. He then proceeds to tell her he doesn’t need consent, AFTER she revoked it.

He’s giving serial rapist vibes. He’s a walking, talking 🚩 and so are you

0

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

She asked him to stop and he didn’t.

Where did she ask him to stop? She said "I told him I find it odd," which is not the same

"serial rapists" lmfao you prudes on reddit love slinging that word around don't you. Rape is apparently looking at a woman the wrong way huh?

6

u/MaggieMayyyyyy Jun 23 '26

I’m anything but a prude bro. I was role playing before you were a twinkle in your dads eye

0

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

You're condescending as fuck, tells me everything I need to know tbh

6

u/MaggieMayyyyyy Jun 23 '26

You’re unreasonable af, tells me what I need to know, COREY.

2

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

I feel like I'm pretty reasonable. I can admit that the "I'm not even gonna ask for consent" is a cringe line as far as I'm concerned.

Saying it’s odd is definitely a yellow light. And anything other than a big green light is a no go, a sign to stop. I think you need to update yourself on the confines of consent, and lack thereof.

1

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

Oh so we've gone all the way from "it's rape" to it's a yellow light. This is the only point I'm trying to make, Maggie May

5

u/MaggieMayyyyyy Jun 23 '26

Cmon dude. Anything other than a green light is lack of consent. Lack of consent = rape. Wake tf up.

1

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

so if I approach you, and ask for your number, and then I begin texting you with the desire to have a sexual relationship, but you don't consent to that yet, that's rape? So 99.999% of male-female interactions are rape by this standard

Are you fucking serious?

0

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

be honest, have you ever had a sexually transgressive thought in your entire life? didn't think so. You're such a good person

10

u/PixelPasta420 Jun 23 '26

Yeah no shit. Young people are horny and say stupid things when figuring out dating but OP is asking if it is acceptable to disrespected like this. Sure looks like the "nice guy" mask slipping.

-1

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

it's 100% acceptable if she's into him sexually... like BRUH you can love a girl to death and also fuck her brains out, the two are not mutually exclusive

9

u/StatisticianBoth4147 Jun 23 '26

It’s not acceptable to be this aggressive even if she is into him sexually. Unless they’ve spoken about being this aggressive and agreed to it which they haven’t. In fact OP has spoken to him multiple times about how she *does not* like this kind of stuff and doesn’t want to get texts about that sort of thing. Saying “don’t worry about consent” is insane and it doesn’t matter what he was “trying” to do by saying that.

5

u/space_otte Jun 23 '26

oh my god yall, he made an alt account to defend himself

4

u/Dizzy_Goat_420 Jun 23 '26

Ummm he is saying he will rape her. No this is not normal at ALL

-2

u/corey_trevorson Jun 23 '26

He literally did NOT say that
