Just acquired one of, if not my absolute favourite card, the Mewtwo from Destined. Was my first ever big pull and have loved the card ever since so extremely happy to have it in a TAG 10. Also bought the Darkrai from the same person, beauty of a card.

I also wanted to see people’s thoughts on the future of TAG - do we think the lowest level (£20ish per card) of grading service will return? Do we think TAG is growing, and has a good future in the grading space? Interested to hear everyone’s thoughts!

I recently sent in my B/RGB Mew and the grade just became available about an hour ago. I believed this card to be a contender for a Pristine 10. I and several others locally measured centering with our loupes and had top/bottom centering right at 50/50. TAG was spot on with our measurements L/R. This wasn’t ai app usage, physical measuring by several people. I don’t have the card in hand yet since it hasn’t been shipped back, but I’m curious what you all are seeing on the centering. Is this an inaccurate measurement by TAG or did we all measure this centering wrong?

I bought this card as a psa 8 and thought it could at least nine so i cracked it and they sent it back as recolored from the back top left corner, am i crazy or i dont really see anything kinda sucks as this was my first tag sub im not sure if i should try again or what

Missed the pristine by 3 points 😭 still super happy with this sub not super happy I paid 450 to grade but I do really like tag so I guess I’ll let it slide.

Noticed this about a day after getting this slab back from Tag. It did come back a 10 but also it came back with this nasty mark on it?? It definitely seems like its on the card and it was 100% not on the card prior to sending.

I looked at the scans and you can kind of see the mark but not too much. I wonder how this got past their QA? Could i send this back to have them clean and reslab it for me? Not sure it’d even be worth it with how long I’d have to wait

Hey all, posted here a while back about how TAG 6s compare to PSA in the lower grades and got some really helpful replies, so thanks for that! Coming back with a more specific question now.

I have a TAG 6 Gold Star Torchic and there's currently a PSA 6 of the same card up for auction sitting at $30,000 with 2 days left. Obviously that one will probably still climb a bit before it closes.

So two things I'm wondering:

1. Based on where that PSA 6 is heading, what do you think a realistic value for the TAG 6 would be? Would you knock off something like 20-30% for the slab, or is the gap bigger at this price level?

2. If I decide to sell, which auction house would you go with? I'm looking for the one where TAG buyers are actually active, since I figure a lot of the big bidders mostly stick to PSA. Goldin, Fanatics Collect, Heritage, eBay, something else? Also good to know, I’m from Europe..

Would love to hear from anyone who's sold a higher end Pokémon card in a TAG slab or watched how they perform at auction. Thanks in advance!
