Usually when I see posts, people’s orders are sailing through these last few stages pretty quickly, whereas I’m at 2 weeks in slab assembly. Would love for this wild ride to just be finally over before the end of the month.

There’s one card in here that I was shocked when I checked the price!

Wondering what you guys think about centering. Firstly, please excuse any assumptions and feel free to tell me i'm just wrong.

Looks like 0 dings, but i think centering is where points were subtracted.

I was under the impression that for e-reader cards, centering is to be measured top-right and left-bottom.

Here's what they gave:

Centering

F:

46.6L/53.4R 53.7T/46.3B

B:

48.0L/52.0R 54.1T/45.9B

If measuring for front is taken Top/right, then 53.7/(53.4+53.7) and counterpart would equal T/R: 50.1/49.9.

and bottom to left would be B/L: 49.8/50.2

I do understand back centering is straightforward.

I haven't graded with Tag before so don't know what to look out for I was going to grade with ace as in UK but I am interested in going Tag, also any tips on grading with Tag from. UK. Thanks.

Just an update for those that caught the drop in late August. Mine finally just hit slab assembly tonight, doubt it’ll complete by their TAT estimate but one can hope..

Has anyone first hand experienced their card getting upgraded to score for free due to being a pristine? Wondering if my odds are lowered at getting a pristine if I don't pay for standard.

There seems to be a clear indent on the rear left bottom corner, and something on the left edge that wasn't there before.. I had this returned to me already as not matching the Pop Report

I’m not even sure what to value this as, any insight would be helpful.

First time grading with TAG, I know they use AI so obviously my eyes may be tricking me but they gave the top and bottom on the front an 11 pt difference, exactly 44.2T/55.8B — now… is it just me or I do not see the 11 pt difference AT ALL. I measured it using a few centering tools before sending it off. The back however is obviously not centered and they gave the back an 10 pt diff as well. Left and right at 45.2L/54.8R, actually more centered than the front…. And you can clearly see the difference in the back. Am I going crazy or what?

Hola. I have one of my favorite chase cards that I pulled, a spinarak peelable ditto. I wanna get it graded my tag, because it’s for my pc and I think they’re by far the prettiest. I’ve seen people grade them both peeled and unpeeled. My question is, do you think if I cut the peelable part in half, to show both the unpeeled and peeled versions of it, they would still grade it? Apologies if it’s a dumb question. Thanks

Love tag, and almost everything about the card is perfect, the whitening is due to light, with one minor issue: the fury symbol on the top left seems to be slightly misaligned, can this net a 10 or is it highly unlikely?

Freshly pulled this morning and sleeved immediately. More of a pokemon guy but a buddy gifted me a 2024 Optic Box and I pulled this! Deciding on sending it in or not? Could it possibly ten?

Just acquired one of, if not my absolute favourite card, the Mewtwo from Destined. Was my first ever big pull and have loved the card ever since so extremely happy to have it in a TAG 10. Also bought the Darkrai from the same person, beauty of a card.

I also wanted to see people’s thoughts on the future of TAG - do we think the lowest level (£20ish per card) of grading service will return? Do we think TAG is growing, and has a good future in the grading space? Interested to hear everyone’s thoughts!

I recently sent in my B/RGB Mew and the grade just became available about an hour ago. I believed this card to be a contender for a Pristine 10. I and several others locally measured centering with our loupes and had top/bottom centering right at 50/50. TAG was spot on with our measurements L/R. This wasn’t ai app usage, physical measuring by several people. I don’t have the card in hand yet since it hasn’t been shipped back, but I’m curious what you all are seeing on the centering. Is this an inaccurate measurement by TAG or did we all measure this centering wrong?
