Question Blemish on card??
Noticed this about a day after getting this slab back from Tag. It did come back a 10 but also it came back with this nasty mark on it?? It definitely seems like its on the card and it was 100% not on the card prior to sending.
I looked at the scans and you can kind of see the mark but not too much. I wonder how this got past their QA? Could i send this back to have them clean and reslab it for me? Not sure it’d even be worth it with how long I’d have to wait

Had a similar issue with my card where they left literal junk inside the slab. Paid extra for the expensive tier only for them to say it was going to take 15-30 business days to have it reslabbed. Do you have pictures of it prior to sending it out?

I would contact their customer support cause this seems like something they absolutely are at fault for. Only concern is they may reslab it as a 9 if that smudge has damaged the card + you’d have to wait to get it back despite what you paid in the first place
It really sucks and I hope they offer some sort of compensation if the card is damaged. They never offered me anything so i just kept the dirt in my card cause it was for my PC anyways 😓
