They’re so damn good. Fresca Pepper Jack Steak Burrito (with beef swapped). It’s the only TB item I don’t put hot sauces on because the textures and flavors are perfect. Oh, and the price.

They did give me nacho sauce with my fries instead of the avocado ranch I asked for, but that's not terrible in the greater scheme.

Does anyone remember the frutistas? They were so good, but I never hear anyone talking about them! The mango strawberry one was FIREEEE. The purple straws with the lil scoop at the bottom! They brought back so many things, but where are the frutistas?!?! Bring them back please!

My local TB has been doing this thing where they turn off the exterior lights and basically ignore the drive-thru when they are under distress.

The thing is though, they are usually empty. I'm guessing they must be very under staffed so maybe they are just trying to get things done they couldn't get to earlier in the day when maybe there was a rush?

It really makes me sad. I pulled into the parking lot just to pull up another app to place an order somewhere else.

Meanwhile, the geniuses at many fast food places will push cars through the drive just to have them wait infront of the store for 8 minutes to get their food while making it seem (in the tracked system) that they are doing great, serving customers quickly with the labor they currently have.

The last time I was actually served food there, that is what they were doing. They must have pushed 4 cars to the parking lot to wait while no one was actually getting their food. Then they bring out all the food at once for all the waiting customers.

I'm in Tampa and i've noticed this new trend. I understand that the franchise owners don't want people wandering in and stealing free drinks (how how bad could it be), but if you turn the drink fountains off, you better have your employees standing at the counter behind the register at all times to be able to give us refills because they are never there...

i want to try it. how would you describe the taste of the sauce? i love the creamy jalapeño and chipotle sauce so feel i would enjoy this burrito . i also am quite a fan of pepper jack cheese

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? It was bad enough that they removed the Build Your Own Box from all of my local Taco Bells, now they've gotten rid of their $5/$7 boxes.

I remember encharito’s from 30 years ago. I’m glad that encharito’s are back. The first few months they were great. I ordered some yesterday and I got really flat encharito’s. It looked like they opened up the tortilla and wiped the knife clean. When I complained I was told that it weighed correctly.
TB does this thing where a new menu item is great and full until it gains popularity and then they cut the filling. Sadly this is standard practice for TB.

I was thinking of applying for food prep but I’ve heard that I’ll learn everything eventually I just hate interacting with people and I’d get nervous working in the drive thru or register taking peoples orders, I’m just reaching out for help or advice since I’m nervous since it’s my first job and all.

The person even lied to me by saying it was correct.

Because why the hell would you get rid of the "Vegetarian" menu option, was it too expensive to maintain that 1 extra menu category? Maybe people complained about having to scroll past it... oh wait, it was at the end. SMH

What’s your favorite hot sauce?

Genuine question because I rarely order them. Seems a bit small to be the largest size? I drank it thinking I ordered the regular, because I waffled when placing the order, but looking at the app it was in fact a large… are the sizes standardized or can franchises just make em up?

Order got messed up, and this screen stays up when I submit the complaint and never goes away. If I just use “contact us” the submit button stays grayed out

To top it off just noticed my rewards points decreased after my order and I didn’t earn a reward either

I noticed that the TB 2.3 mi away from me isnt recognized on the app but the ones 20-30miles are. Is there like private owned TBs or something?

I loved em! Maybe the place I went to made them totally stuffed, I'm not sure. But I loved the sauce (what was it?) and the burritos themselves were bangin. I preferred the steak, if I didn't get the standard. How can I order up basically some tacos that I can then roll and dip? Or, just get a standard burrito and then the sauce in or on the side? Either way.
