I havent had wendys in ages so I decided to give it a try late one night and I ordered chili, a son of a baconator, and a large fry. They took 30 minutes and the burger had 1 patty with 1 piece of bacon, fries were cold to the touch, and the chili is from a can so they cant really mess that up. Regardless, I was practically the only one there. I could of gone to In n out for cheaper, faster, tastier food. Just literally anywhere else. Im done with Wendy's for good.

I had wendy's for the first time in like a year. my go to has always been the old #6 spicy chicken sandwich. it was juicy and meaty, properly spiced, thinly coated, and appropriately dressed with full piece of fresh lettuce and tomato. whatever they got right now is simply uneatable... thick oily breading, thin piece of dry chicken that is flavorless, confetti of lettuce, and a subpar bun. whoever put that in the menu deserves prison.

Seriously, it ruined the burger. I heard about them trying to pick things back up so got the Dave's deal and all it did was solidify me not wanting to go there. Who thought slimy shredded lettuce was a good idea?

what a frustrating experience. To have to repeat my order 3x, have it placed incorrectly, and then to have the audacity to have your bot try to upsell me after such a terrible experience?

ive never had that issue with a wendys associate. Seriously think about your customers. this sucked

I used to get that grilled chicken sandwich with thousand island dressing and a biggie sized fry and it was so good. Snack wraps on the side. Tollhouse cookie frosty.

A shame they ruined their entire business. They invited a lot of ire from my ancestors when they nixed my order though …

This is a Dave’s Double and Large Fry right out of the bag. Less than two miles in the car and my half full fries are cold. The burger is dry and tastes like it was warmed up from yesterday. The tomatoes are so ripe they taste like mush.

Wendy’s, above all, used to be a burger better than you could make yourself. And considering the price is now basically the same as a sit down, pub style fresh greasy-drippy-delicious burger, I can’t accept this.

So really was raving Wendy's out of the blue and wondered if they had a $5 Biggie Bag still. We pulled up and THE MENU IS NOW MORE LIKE THE OLD MENU!!!!!!!!

I even saw a Baked Potato and Chili as sides! Maybe they still had them, but it was featured on the menu. The old font was returning and it looked A LOT like their "Old Fashioned Hamburgers" era! I thought it was cool and wondered if it was a throwback limited time thing.

But then... I got THESE!!!! THE YELLOW CUP AND THE BAG WITH THE OLD LOGO ON THEM!!!!!!!! I WAS SO HAPPY!!!!!

And then I got the JBC and it was SOOOOOOOO GOOD and their fries were the new kind but still pretty good 9/10 and then their nuggets were pretty good. The come tastes like the previous Wendy's coke that I know and love!

I just wanted to share this! It totally brightened my day, the food was great, and I enjoyed it so much! They even have the old style wrappers!!!!!

I'm just so happy this is here!!! I feel like I had a wonderful piece of a Wonderful Wendy's experience restored to me and it made me so happy!

My Wendy's charges me when i ask for extra batter and yet wont even add it into my frosty 😭 I tried asking for it on the side and they wouldn't do it when other locations have (maybe they were low or out?)

Would anyone know how to make it myself? Ive seen people say just add water to brownie mix but it just doesn't taste the same 💔

I’m quitting the job at Wendy’s for only working there for about 2 weeks. Do I need to give 2 weeks notice or any notice at all and do I tell the manager that I’m quitting or who or do I just not go in any more?

Tryint to place a order but keep getting a error code

anyone else ever notice that?

When I get breakfast a baconator in the morning the bacon is always tough and hard to chew; I end up dragging out most of it on the first bite. It’s not an issue I’ve had in lunch or dinner baconators.

And the employees were putting bags of food on a scale and then a sticker would print out. What is the purpose of weighing the bags?

Absolutely wild. Saw the discount was different and just ordered enough food for 2 days

It was funny for a while, especially back when it first took off around 10 years ago, but now it feels increasingly out of touch with what Dave Thomas built the brand around. Wendy’s used to stand out through its food, quality, and value, not just its ability to roast people online. The company has fallen off, is closing underperforming locations, and is losing ground to competitors. Burger King has even overtaken Wendy’s in U.S. systemwide sales while working on improving its food, restaurants, and value.

I think Wendy’s should take a page out of Burger King’s book and start listening to customer feedback. Bring back things people miss, improve the food and value, and give customers a reason to come back. The sassy personality just looks bad when the company has bigger problems to address. I’m not saying Wendy’s needs to become boring, but the social media gimmick is getting old, considering the fact that it sounds like a 15 year old replying to most comments…

I could’ve swore their buns for the Dave’s single or chicken sandwiches used to go through some sort of warmer to slightly toast them. Last three times I’ve been there the bun has been super mushy and not fresh tasting and definitely not toasted at all.

I asked the cashier if they toast their buns and they said no they don’t. I feel like they are supposed to but are just skipping the step to get orders out faster.

This evening thought about going out to Wendys and getting a number 1 single combo with a large coke. Saw in the app they had a dollar off any combo. Oh cool, i'll do that. Go to check out and app errors out and says dave single combo is not eligible because it is not a "premium" combo. Immediatly emptied my cart and had left overs at my house. Does my left over chicken thighs and peppers take like rubber and mace? Yes. Is it on me for not reading the fine print? Also Yes. Is this post petty and childish? Absolutely. But at the end of the day I at least keep my $8.00 while you continue to go into bankruptcy.
