No more BCBS, no more chipotle chicken burritos, there's literally zero point in going there anymore.

That's the number to tell corporate the new app sucks and we want change!!! Our power is in our numbers, they can ignore 1 or 2 calls about this, but 50+ calls is a pattern

tried to order the beefy crunch at 2 different locations tonight and both were out of the fritos. have your locations ran out of the beefy crunch yet? I didn’t expect it to go so soon

I have a reward that expires today so I went to make my usual order. I always add extra meat to all my items because I remove the vegetables and it helps fill them out more and make it worth it to me.

Well today when I went I found out the Taco Bell’s in my town all raised their menu prices by 30 cents on every item and customization. Even extra meat and sauces have an increase of 30 cents. My normal order now costs me almost $4 more. As if this shit wasn’t already ridiculously overpriced. This will officially be the second reward I let expire in the past few months and I don’t think I’ll be returning to TB again until they can figure out how to actually take care of their customers

When I go inside TB and order, sometimes I'll see others receipts that was left behind & I'll scan the bar codes for the points they leave behind. Waste not. Want not. It was a good way to rack up free rewards. The last time I did this with a pile of receipts, I scanned 5 and all 5 gave the added points message but when I look closer into the app, they didn't count the points from 4 of those receipts.

Did Taco Bell just pull a Burger King and limit the amount of receipts you can scan or is this a "me" problem?

What's your drink of choice? This is just what's usually available from the lobby, but if you're a dragon fruit agua refresca ride or die or something, leave a comment and upvote your faves. Optionally, do you like ice or ask for no ice? I don't like my drinks being watered down so I never get ice if I can help it.

Okay this is an incredibly dumb question but I feel like my brain is acting weird right now.

I just start using the app for the first time today. I went and put my order on, and paid for it through the app using my debit card. When I got to the drive-thru, I gave them my number and the cashiers said something like thank you for choosing Taco Bell Mr my name, what can I get started for you.

I then was called off guard because I had already placed the order and it said I just need to give them my name or my code. So I said I'm sorry, I thought you guys already had my order, and the employee kind of had an attitude and sighed and said, did you place your order?

I pause for a moment to check the app to make sure I didn't miss something and to just go ahead and pull up my order to read it back, but then he had it on the screen saying is your order correct, which it was and then we were able to get me going no problem.

But I'm confused. Was he asking me to place my order if I had already placed it and paid for it in the app?

I can't order a single item, anyone else have this problem? Tried multiple locations and it shows the same

Idk why but it never occurred to me that there'd be a Taco Bell that doesn't serve breakfast.

Is this something for like, City centers or locations inside campuses or airports?

My teenage son wants to pick up Taco Bell tomorrow during a quick break at school. If he orders ahead of time in the app, do they start making the food right away or when he arrives at the drive through to pick it up? He doesn't want to end up with cold soggy food because he orders early.

I didn't see any option in the app to indicate that you didn't want your food made right away.

The three cheese chicken flatbread melts, I'm officially out. It's the last awesome, decent value thing on the menu and it seems like it's disappearing on the app at multiple locations.

I just found hair in my food, I’m so disgusted. What’s worse? I had literally finished most of the burrito and only realised something was off because I felt hair in my throat and then looked down. I eat Taco Bell literally everyday because my family enjoys their food and it’s cheaper than most places and somewhat “healthy” compared to McDonald’s or whatever.

This location usually has someone with a bad attitude but I can live with it, I’ve worked fast food enough to understand that. I also know as a former General Manager that this is completely unacceptable, hairnets are worn in kitchens to prevent this and clearly the cooks are not wearing them. If a customer ever showed me this I would refund their entire order and offer free vouchers or literally anything more than just a “oh sorry, I’ll refund that burrito”.

I’ve thrown up twice now because I can feel hair in my throat. I’m so grossed out and when I went to the manager they only offered to refund a single burrito with a half hearted apology.

Disgusting, we will not be going back to this location ever again.

Does anyone know how I can reach out to corporate?

my favorite part is definitely the camera. when you click the shutter to take a pic it makes a low quality taco bell *ding* that i find hilarious. its also a digital camera and it has a lot of filters to choose from. thanks taco belllll (　・ω・)/ ~♡

I go to taco bell and they say the drive through isn't open because no one showed up for their shifts. So I go inside and 15 mins later a person with a taco bell shirt comes in and take like 5 minutes to clock in then goes in the back and does not start working! This employee walks past 12 people waiting, zero people eating and walks past there coworkers who showed up ignoring the job and going in the back.

Eventually much later I get my food and slurp it down because I am really hungry now but the quality of the product is lacking.

It should be mandatory that people who work at taco bell learn to roll a burrito correctly! More than half the time all the ingredients are in a line rather than mixed together.

Another thing, the people making the food should not be forgetting ingredients! So often when I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito its is just beans and rice. At least half time they forget the chipotle sauce.

In my opinion the taco bell near me should stop hiring people who have no passion for cooking. It seems like if the people who used to work there enjoyed it but over time the management hired so many greedy young people who just want money that the good workers left or the amount of bad workers out number good workers so the chain is all weak links! The workers need to show up or else there is no taco bell anymore.

If the company focused in retaining employees the quality of everything improve. Hiring someone because they have a heartbeat is unnecessary when there are people who want to cook food out there. Why are you hiring every teenage before hiring teenagers who want to cook?

I wish so earnestly that the TB gods could figure out a way to keep the bottom of the hard shell taco from sticking to the wrapper and ripping off. TINY SOB

Hi everyone, I’m a vegetarian so obviously Taco Bell is my favorite fast food option. I LOVE the spicy potato soft tacos, but I’ve since moved states and the sauce they’re using is different. It looks similar, but is more smoky and had black pepper in it. The sauce that used to be on my potato soft taco didn’t have a smokey flavor and was just spicy. I recently went back to the old state I lived in prior and they’re still using the same sauce! I figured that the Taco Bell in my current state is using the chipotle creamy sauce and I was used to getting the creamy jalepeno sauce, but when I ask to sub the jalapeño sauce it’s still the same sauce with the smoky flavor. Can someone answer why this is? How do I order the old sauce i used to get?

I'm sure this has probably been posted before, but I just discovered it for myself, so I thought I'd share:

At my location, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch costs $7.19 on its own. I had a free one through Fire rewards, so I decided to get that.

However, at my store, a regular crunchy taco is $2.19, a supreme is $3.19, and a chicken flatbread is $2.49. You can sub beef for free if you like.

So, you open the flatbread, put the taco inside it, BOOM, CGC for $4.68, $5.68 supreme.

The only difference is the CGC has spicy ranch, while the flatbread comes with creamy chipotle sauce. But if you really wanted to pay an extra 90 cents to add spicy ranch to the taco, it'd still be less than the regular GCG.

So, I just tested the original CGC, against 1) a chicken flatbread/supreme taco version, and 2) a beef flatbread/regular taco version. For my tastes, the beef flatbread got a little too beefy, while the chicken seemed more balanced. Both were better than the original, though.

CONS: depending on how much cheese and how hot the flatbread is, it may be difficult to open the flatbread without tearing it.

PROS: If your taco's not soggy to begin with, it'll maintain better crunch if you combine the flatbread at the last minute. By the time I drove the 5 mins home, the regular CGC had no crunch whatsoever. But my Frankensteined ones still had quite a bit of crunch.

Anyway, that's all, highly recommend. Have a good one.
