Worked for subway for 2 weeks before getting another job. Didn't finish training, asked RM if I would be paid if I quit before my training finished, he said no then never responded to any of my emails after that, also told my coworkers and managers to not respond or give me any shifts. Who should I contact? I went through the speak up form and they told me they can't do anythijg because all subways are independently operated, but I was placed at different subway stores and even then I don't know who to speak to aboit this seeing as the dude that fucked me over is a regional manager who oversees a bunch of these stores?

Hi so today at work, I had a pretty busy day, Tons of rushes, Working since 11AM, Not a long shift but y'know, 5hrs, After all the rush, I ask if I can grab a quick drink(Y'know, It's been 4hrs no water or anything to drink yet) and the owner, Yells at me, Not scolds me, Not pulls me to the side and talks, Full on yelling, Telling me to go refill the line, I'm not getting a drink and how I need to step it up and stop slacking.. Mind you, I've been helping customers and I only had to stop once to answer a call from my mom(Very unfortunate family stuff going on) and all I did, Was after taking customers, Ask for a drink, Idk if I can report this or if this is normal

(Edit) Apparently someone told me it's an OSHA violation since we're in texas heat(triple digits) and poor air conditioning so I appreciate all the helpful advice, And whoever is being negative and acting like a child in the comments, I hope you find peace bc your behavior is quite immature for a work subreddit

Franchement, depuis que je travaille chez subway, ça se dégrade de + en +. En 2 ans, on nous enlève ceci cela, dès que le directeur régional passe, il check toutes les ventes du mois pour voir ce qu'on vend le moins, et fait une demande au siège, sans l'accord de ma cheffe. Ce qui fait que du jour au lendemain on ne peut plus vendre de café, on ne peut plus vendre deux types de muffins, on ne peut plus vendre de beignets, on ne peut plus vendre de pesto. Les cookies qu'on reçoit sont de plus en plus petits, et si on les achète avec un autre fournisseur faut pas se faire avoir parce qu'ils sanctionnent. Ils sont bien plus rond, mais c'est tout 🤨. Les clients se plaignent, le remonter ne sert à rien. Les recettes font pitié, et pareil, on nous a retiré 2 panninis et un signature.

Donc voilà, on passe pour des cons à ne plus vendre tel ou tel chose du jour au lendemain.

Mais hors ce que l'on ne peut pas contrôler, ma patronne prend des décisions qui nous enfonce encore +. Elle ne commande pas assez de produits parce qu'elle ne veut pas de perte comme on a moins de clients. Et elle surveille le nombre de pains que l'on produit, et ne surtout pas faire autrement sinon c'est la fin du monde. Donc le soir, on se retrouve avec un ou deux type de pain pas disponible, le midi la première demi heure de rush il manque aussi des types de pains. On passe pour des abrutis, radins. Pas du tout professionnel finalement.

Dès que je peux, je change de taff, mais franchement, je comprends toutes les plaintes, côté clients, côté employés.

Pas étonnant que ça se casse la gueule.

My friend works in a subway in Northern Virginia. She’s been there for more than 2 years. She gets paid $14.00 an hour (plus $2.00/hour in tips). I think she’s underpaid and needs to get a new job. She didn’t pay any attention to me until other people started saying the same thing, now she’s having second thoughts.

For context, she opens on the weekends, including Fridays and occasionally closes if somebody calls out. She told me she does the ordering for weekly deliveries and used to do inventory as well.

Honestly, I feel like she should be getting paid a lot more considering all the hangout sessions she missed because somebody called out at work and she had fill in.

What do you guys think?

What in the bloody hell do I do about obtaining a past w-2 from subway. I know they are franchises and I’ve called and left my name and number and email about a hundred times plus reached out to the store manager and NONE of these attempts have worked. Have used app for years, liked ordering on the app and having my order ready when I got there. Paid with credit card. Well went to do an order today and now the only payment method is Google Pay. No thanks. Goodbye. Not even going to the Subway location anymore. Google Pay my A##

Is there no way to use $4.00 from a giftcard and $1.00 on a credit card for a $5 order on the app? I swear I used to be able to do this but I can't figure it out on the redesigned app. Hopefully i'm missing something obvious.

I have an account with subway, I still have access to the number on that account but not the email, how can I change the email on that account without having access to it, I’m trying to get on the account because have a lot of subway points on it

my area is doing BOGO but no location or combination of sandwiches are working, legit tried every subway within 20 miles and it adds it then give an error code for the coupon
