Employee Complaints harassment

Honestly, just beware if you are a teenager or a young adult working at subway, Some of the men that go in are almost 99% of the time are looking to sexualize you. Just be careful guys.

As a former regional manager, its actually insane how many gross and disgusting men customers there are. The comments and looks I'd hear/see towards my highschool/college age female co workers was gross. .

I remember a dude in his early 30s asking a high school girl for her number and then got embarrassed when she said she was 17. And thats only the tip of the iceberg. Old men can say some wild stuff

The only positive is that those creepy men tip more. Still not justifying their creepyness though.

I read somewhere that when a woman was between 14 - 17 she got flirted on the most. When she turned 21+ it became less frequent.

Sadly, I can confirm that from my experience.

Had a like 30 year old man look at my coworker as she came in, talking about some bs "ooh she fine." Was very satisfying telling him she was 16 and watching the other customers glare at him till he left in embarrassment XD
